The manager and John gave me the business in a good way. He knew as soon as I walked in was because UPS lost my packages. They were having a good time and the manager help me setup an account. I will work with this crew moving forward.

I had a prejudiced interaction with a worker named Chris. He was curt, didn't make eye contact, and literally overlooked me to help other white customers who came in after me, while I waited for him to reluctantly help me.

I love dealing with the staff at this store. They are so nice and helpful. It really sets the tone on how a FedEx store should be run! They always have my orders done so quickly which is very appreciated!

Think her name was Danielle, could be wrong but she was very rude. Customers were in line and she yells out "on the off chance are any of you (then she looks up at the line) never mind I can see none of yall are ready" then proceeds to complain about having to do her job cause she's the only one working. As someone in customer service my self I would fire for this if I caught anyone treating customers this rudely

This whole crew in this store was so helpful. I had previously gone to a FedEx by my house & they could not care less about my needs. This store in Richardson was awesome! They had many suggestions on my art I was printing & they did not mind being extremely helpful. Chris, James & Sheila were outstanding! They love to be helpful & it shows.
