I called this store to see if they carried a particular type of shoe. The woman who answered the phone did not understand anything I said, she did not know the stock and she sounded a bit tipsy or something. Very disappointing - as this store was listed on the brand of the shoe listed it on their website.

They might be nice and helpful as others have posted, but I couldn’t say because they never showed up. Supposed to open at 10 am and I waited 45 minutes, tried calling, and no one came. I gave up and so did four other customers.

Great and polite staff.Saved me several times with some Ukrainian drugs when I urgently needed those.Note to other visitors: people from eastern Europe normally speak more monotonously than Americans, so don't take it as rudeness.People here are really nice and try to help you.
