Both of their groomers ( Chelsea and Jammie) are AWESOME! They’re professional, nice, and patient. They treat your little baby as their baby.My baby had a full grooming and hair cut with Chelsea today, check out the first two photos! The third photo was taken from her hair cut last time done by Jamie. I always just pick one of the available slot and no need to worry about who’s doing her grooming bc Jamie and Chelsea always do great jobs!I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this grooming place!!

The ladies at this store in Richardson, Tx are so very nice and helpful! I love that if you have a question, they try their best to get you an answer! They will go out of their way to help and get the products you need if they don't have them in store. I absolutely love this store!

The owner was there and helped me with recommendations for my puppy along with the floor manager and I learned what foods, toys, and other things would be good for him. He loves his teething chicken stick with no hide.

I wouldn’t go here for dog grooming services. We took both our dogs once and it was fine, but the policies and communication about the policies is extremely deceitful. We had our dogs scheduled for a second grooming at 10am, and we called the day before to reschedule (we have 2 small kids and sometimes plans change). My wife called at 9, but they were not open yet (they don’t open until 10) so she called again around 11. They rescheduled us no problem. A few days later we noticed a charge from them for $55. We called and asked what it was, and were told that this is a fee for canceling within 24 hours. Oh and by the way - if we had called 1hour earlier there would not have been a fee. And we were not told that rescheduling would have resulted in a fee. When we asked why they did not tell us that, they said that “it was in the contract you signed and that some people get mad when they are told about the cancellation fee policy when they are trying to cancel”. They refused to refund us. Had we been told about this policy, we would have tried to figure out a way to continue with the initial appointment. I called and left a message because they didn’t answer the next day and asked for a manager to call me back and no one did. Lack of communication and transparency about this policy have caused Earthwise to lose our business. Pretty wild that they would rather charge us the $55 and not refund than us continue bringing our dogs in for grooming.

I love bringing my dog Gracie to Earthwise to bathe her. It's super easy, and they provide ALL the supplies you could need. The staff at Earthwise is great. They also clean up all the mess so that you can wash, dry, and go with a clean dog.

First time customer here! I have a 3.5 year old doodle who has a history of going to different groomers. Upon arrival I met the groomer and we discussed exactly how I wanted my dog’s hair to be groomed. I then informed the groomer multiple times that the dog’s paws are very sensitive. I explained that when she starts grooming his paws he might want to nibble at her or react so be careful and mindful about that. If there’s any issues give me a call. She said thank you for the heads up, I appreciate you telling me because not very many owners would warn me about things like that. She continued, and said I will be mindful and careful about his paws, let me do my thing I’ll make sure he’s good. I said ok great we’ll see you in 3 or 4 hours.Three hours later I arrived to pick up the dog thinking everything was ok until I was told the dog attempted to bite the groomer several times while she was working on his paws. He wanted to bite at the groomer while cutting the hair on his body and that they needed assistance from 2 other employees to hold the dog so he doesn’t bite. With that being said we’re going to have to charge you a $10 fee for misbehaving.I said what did I tell you before I dropped the dog off!?!?? I told ya’ll his paws are sensitive, I warned you ahead of time and that if you run into any issues with the dog give me a call and I’ll come over and remove him. ZERO COMMUNICATION! not one phone call! no one communicated by calling me and saying we’re having trouble with your dog and we’re going to have to charge you a fee. I didn’t know that a misbehaving fee was even a real thing until today! also I’ve taken my dog to multiple different groomers and I’ve never had a bad report like this.I communicated with you about the dog and I expected the same in return. Don’t surprise me upon pick up and tell me the groomer had issues grooming the dog and then charge me an extra $10. The groomer should have said if we have issues we’re going to have to charge you a fee but no! they didn’t say anything, she was like ok cool thanks I’ll take it from here when I dropped him off.Ya I paid the fee and left because I just didn’t want to hear it anymore. I was frustrated by the lack of communication and surprise report plus the additional fee. I would have tipped your groomer nicely but you didn’t communicate with me at all! If you have a problem with a dog or any other animal that comes to your business call the owner and inform them about what’s going on. Don’t not say anything because that’ll make things worse. I will NOT be taking my dog there again, you ruined the experience. Do better!

We have been going to EarthWise Pet - Richardson since March 2022 when we moved to the area. We are beyond grateful for our groomer, Chelsea! My pup, Carson, has been going every month to help with his grooming anxiety and we have never been disappointed! We love this place and everyone that works there!

HORRIBLE SERVICE - I had a grooming appointment for 10am. They called to tell me to come at 10:30am since that would work better for them. When I showed up at 10:30am the day of the appointment, they would not accept my dog for grooming. Never go to this place, complete waste of time and unprofessional.
