Non existent customer service. Requested a pdf of my lab results 3 times. Put two on line help requests in and hung up in disgust after 45mins on hold. This my health. Why don’t they take it seriously? Not a good company.

LOUSY customer service. I emailed them three times, had one phone call and was promised a call back weeks ago from a Customer Service Supervisor....and nothing at all. Reallllly disapointing.

I went to the Renfrew location this past Monday, the lady that served me had grey-black long hair. She was very rude to me, she questioned the blood recs that my Dr. gave me. When it was my turn I asked her to use my left arm instead due to difficulty drawing blood, but was ignored she referred to her notes then drilled for blood by moving the needle around, I told her she was hurting me but ignored me, I insisted to use my left arm I have 4 inch bruise on my arm which I am seeing my Dr. about. I there is damage I will be suing and laying a charge of assault. I will never use your company again.

* HORRIBLE COMPANY * - Horrible pay, not even two dollars more than minimum wage but yet your expected to work with diseases and biohazard‘s every six minutes - The company likes to bully as do their employees including racist comments - Not clean - Way over worked and way under paid - Cheep - Workers don’t often get a break in their shift - Crap benefits - taxed bonus, if you get one - If you get hurt, they don’t care. I had a very terrible experience today at Dyancare. They are extremely disorganized. Regardless of online booking, was made to wait for more than an hour because their system was down to make payment for a test not covered. They have even forgotten one test to be done and I was informed later after six hours to do that test that their unprofessional and disorganized staff could not do it while I was fasting. Better to avoid the lab.

Horrible service. No one from customer service was able to provide an answer as to why I never got my results; no one. Not properly trained, poor quality control as they were not even able to identify where my test was. Would not recommend at all, and sad that the government is using this low quality company to run covid tests.

We have always had our bloodwork done at Dynacare - typically on O'Connor where we went this morning. The staff are very friendly and efficient and perform their work under stressful conditions which has been exacerbated by Covid. "Paula" looked after the bloodwork today and not only very competent she is always extremely pleasant! Well done Paula!

I recently visited Dynacare lab located at 71 King Street W Mississauga for my blood test and ECG. I was very impressed with their excellent service. The staff was very efficient, cooperative and well organized. I must mention name of Jasmeet who was very kind courteous caring and helping. Service was amazing. It is appreciated more than words can say. Jasmeet and her staff deserve a pat on their backs for their outstanding service.

The Dynacare Plus online ap is frustrating at best. I have been trying to contact someone for this ap for a week now with no luck. They processed my payment immediately but I cannot use the service as I cannot complete the registration. Horrible customer service.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and professional even though there was a completely unreasonable, nasty behaving patient checking in. I probably would not have been as patient as this kind lady.
