Non existent customer service. Requested a pdf of my lab results 3 times. Put two on line help requests in and hung up in disgust after 45mins on hold. This my health. Why don’t they take it seriously? Not a good company.

LOUSY customer service. I emailed them three times, had one phone call and was promised a call back weeks ago from a Customer Service Supervisor....and nothing at all. Reallllly disapointing.
