The room I had was comfortable and clean. The receptionist was very helpful. However, my room had a locked connecting door to another room, and the sound isolation was not too good. Also, I had to unplug the fridge, which was not very silent either. Sometimes, the room service didn't come or didn't do their job properly, and I had to ask for cleaning, coffee supplies, and the like.

We were traveling a long distance when we decided at 3AM that we were not able to drive any longer. I use Hilton all the time and decided to call looking for rooms. I know it was late and we didn't book like i always do. I decided to call all hotels around me at the time that pulled up on my app. Let me tell you I called and asked if they had availability and I got a response that they did but I would need to pay a $75 dollar early check in rate when I arrived. I told her no thank you and hung up. Then not even 5 minutes later I called back saying I would pay whatever I just needed somewhere to stay for my kids. The employee on the line when I called back first took a long pause like I had told them some bad news. Then when I asked are you still there i heard the longest sigh and I could hear the eye roll through the phone. Her comment to me was " Look how long are you gonna take to get here. " I thought wow isn't this what hotels are for? I decided to tell her nevermind and I decided to call a different hotel that is not part of your chain that had no problem accommodating us and went out of there way to help. Now I know it was late and I didn't have a reservation but isn't that what hotels are for? I didn't realize that asking for a room would be that much of a hassle to be talked to rude and like I was a problem.

Can't use the HDMI ports on TVs. Will give 5 stars when you can use HDMI ports

Friendly check-in, updated and clean rooms. Location is good, right off the freeway and close to food, gas, coffee and everything else you need. Safe area too!

The front desk lady was rude and very passive aggressive. The shower didn’t work and it was very dirty in the bathroom and there was hair in the sink. There was also many strands of peoples hair on the pillows and the room was overall just dirty. The walls are very thin and the people in the room next door were talking very loudly at 1 in the morning and blasting music. I immediately left the hotel after only staying there for a few hours, it was just a mess.

Very disappointed at check in they literally gave me a room key to a room who I walked on a man using the bathroom, very embarrassing for both of us, came back downstairs inform front desk and all I got was a i sorry. How is it possible to check in two different parties in the same room, honestly didn’t want to stay after that but 200 dollars was already spent and would like at-least partial back for that inconvenience and embarrassment. Room did not meet expectations fridge was not cooling at all

This hotel is AMAZING!! Best customer service, best restaurant. My husband loved the accommodation as the bar in the lobby. Sitting in the lobby was peaceful I ate my in the lobby!!! Wonderful stay!!

My fiancé and I have stayed at this location twice in a year span. And in comparison to last year, I am severely disappointed.
Last year, we arrived in the late afternoon and were greeted with a fresh cookie, no hotel has ever done that! Last night, arriving around 11pm, we were greeted with a “hope we could make your stay a pleasant one” and no cookie. Spoiler alert, it was not.
When we arrived to our room, there was an odd brown stain on the shower floor (hoping it was coffee), and very limited tissues which shouldn’t be the case when you’re checking in your room for the first time.
As we were about hit up velvet taco across the street, we decided to exit using the stairwell which also doubled as the fire exit. Not only does the stairwell look like something out of the shining, but there were stains found on the walls outside of the first floor that may or may not have been fecal matter or blood. And as we hurried to the stairway exitto go outside, THE EXIT WOULD NOT OPEN. So if this place burns, so will the guests I guess??. Didn’t have these problems last year, and won’t come back to find out whether these issues are resolved.
