First thing First,
dont be manipulated by stars and reviewes like was
they (Andrew) have no respect for you!
you are not even allowed to comment or talk, for what you need
complete disaster company
im so glad i stoped doing business before i even sign a paper
they recommend their own contractors that are even shadier than themselves
i cant even discribe how rude and unprofessional these people are.
imaging you want to tell them the converage you need but, they tell you "dont tell me anything, i know what im doing"
best part is, when you call to follow up, they say we are busy and dont have time. so why would i go with a business who doesnt have time for me as customer???
so if u want to do business with them, best of luck.
in my case, there are better and more profession and more kind people to deal with than these guys,

Andrew at Decisive Insurance helped me navigate my home and car insurance journey! He was patient and answered all my questions, making sure I understood what each thing was. He helped me find a plan that fit what I needed. I would highly recommend Decisive Insurance Agency!

As a new member of our condo HOA board, I was tasked with researching some insurance information that we needed. After dealing with a number of people in the chain, I finally got to speak to Dominic (co-owner) at Decisive Insurance Agency. It was the single most impressive conversation I have had in a very long time. And even though a prior board member, shifted the insurance to another vendor for 2024, Dominic took a great deal of time to explain how the commercial insurance policy for the condo worked. He was patient, respectful, and did an excellent job in reviewing and educating me. This kind of customer service is hardly exists these days.
And if that wasn't enough, late yesterday afternoon, I received a call from the other co-owner, Andrew. In my calling frenzy earlier that morning I called a Decisive, but hung up due to another call coming in. Andrew saw the number, with no message recorded, and called me to ask if he could help me.
In this new world order, were people seem to care less and less about doing a good job, here was a company that took the time to assist a person with out the focus being on personal gain. It was an impressive and rare occurrence.

I worked with Andrew Yao and he treats you like family. He truly cares about your unique situation and tries to find ways to overcome any obstacles to try and do what’s best for you and your individual situation. He truly listens and ask questions to get the full picture of your life to be able to make the best choices for you when it comes to your insurance. It was truly an honor and a blessing to work with him, he’s not going after. What’s the quickest sale or the easiest he goes out of his way with his time and energy and even works and answers your calls on the weekends when he should be off. He is a rare jem.

For almost 2 hours, Andrew helped me with looking over my current policy and found coverage issues and ultimately decided I was okay to stay with my current insurer with some minor adjustments to coverage. He didn’t oversell. He wasn’t pushy. He was generous with his time and knowledge and really sounded he cared. I will keep him in mind in the future should my needs change.
