I would leave negative stars if I could. There is no longer a way to get a pharmacist on the phone directly. I want to talk to a human being. I don't want to talk to the automatic system. I don't want to leave a voicemail. When I have an important question I want to talk to someone now.

I scheduled a COVID-19 test online, paid for it, and drove to the location. The nice lady it the drive thru told me that they no longer did testing there. All online materials indicate that they do testing. It is irresponsible for this location to misrepresent themselves to those with a potential health condition. An apology is not nearly good enough, in this situation. Do better and update your services!

I arrived at 09:55 PM to pick up a prescription. The working staff informed me they had the prescription but they would not stay and get it ready for me since closing time is at 10:00 PM. I explained my need and was still turned away. This was not compassionate service as should be expected by all patients when they turn to CVS for their medication needs.

This place is the worst. I've reach out to them several times about whether they received the order from my doctor, but all I get is silence. They don't return phone calls or let people know what's going on with their prescriptions. Are they really so busy that they can't take the time to let people know what's going on with their prescriptions?

They gave us the wrong medication. I asked the pharmacist if they had received the prescription for my daughter. I clearly mentioned that the prescription was sent yesterday. She said they had received it and that it was for antibiotics. We picked up the medication and went home. After we reached home, we checked the medication and it was the wrong medication. Instead of amoxicillin, they had given us cetirizine (for allergies). When we confronted them the next day, all they said was sorry, with no remorse or regret, as if nothing had happened.

Pharmacy claims to not have received prescription orders sent from physicians office on multiple occasions. Impossible to get a hold of pharmacy.

If they had someone actually answer the phone instead of some stupid automated service that runs you in circles the whole time and offers no help, I might have considered a decent company. Awful service, can't even contact a pharmacist about a prescription.

The pharmacy is beyond disgusting. I’ve seen them eating a sucker while trying to ring up medications. Making no eye contact to tell me you will be with me soon is insulting and a testimony to how poorly their customer service skills are developed. I’ve complained many times and the upper management seems to encourage this rude behavior. I’ve requested calls and never gotten any response.

I just had the worst experience ever in the pharmacy dept. after standing in line 20 minutes, the woman ringing people up decides to take 3 people who had gotten out of line and made me wait an additional 10 minutes while she rang them up instead of acknowledging the people who had been standing in line as priority. What is the point of a line if you’re going to just take random people walking up. It felt like discrimination. Poor customer service. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to pick up a prescription that is actually ready.

Pharmacy is always understaffed so good luck getting anything the same day. Was told to wait 15 minutes for a simple script just to come back 2 other times and get told a different story , then was told it might not even be ready today at all. Really needed my medicine immediately
