Okay so the staff there is usually a hit or miss. I have been getting my prescriptions there going on ten years and have seen changes in management and just all around. Right now, I’d have to say that the pharmacy techs are for the most part pleasant and helpful, while Managment gets two big ole thumbs down! So unprofessional so rude. I just think
That if your profession makes you miserable; find another one! Spread happiness, not hatred. Frfr!

I really appreciate my CVS community location. The service has been rewarding for the 4 years we have lived in Richardson. They coordinate with my doctors for my prescriptions and the cashiers are very helpful. The customer service is great through out the store, the cashier and stockers help every time you have a question are looking for something special. They stop what they are doing to support your shopping and showing you the things that will be good with what you are purchasing for the children's especially. I thank them very much for their customer service support. Love and Prayers. D

I dont know who the guy at the window is but he rude as a mfer! If any of my prescriptions need a PA he won’t even tell me, just give me the ones that don’t need any. My allergist sent my epipen prescription in 6 days and he told me to come back the next day after it was received to pick up my prescription. Arrived the next to pick it up and they out of stock. Why would you make me waste my time coming back if YOU KNEW they wasn’t in stock to begin with. Then I have no estimated time of arrival of when they will be in stock. Everytime I call they just say, try again tomorrow. Like really? I have 3 severe allergic reactions that I HAVE to have my epipens with me at all times. So Kroger had it in stock so I gave their pharmacist the number to CVS along with my information and I will be using Kroger from now on. DO NOT USE CVS AS YOUR PHARMACY. They are so rude and a pain in my backside to deal with. If you don’t like your job, don’t take it out on the customers. Find a new line of work!

This CVS had a hair product that I had been searching all over for. I was very impressed when I first called their store to see if they had it in stock. I had been discovering that many times items online show 'in stock', but they're really out of stock.
When I called this store, a young lady quickly went to check for me, with such a good attitude.. she came back with good news. I ordered it online and was equally impressed by the young man who pulled my order at the store.
This store has a real nice vibe and excellent people.

Rude as hell with the sassiest attitude ever, and half the store was empty because they are so behind on restocking. Absolutely unethical and unacceptable so unprofessional and unorganized. Such a bad representation of the company.

Avoid this pharmacy. I went to pickup my husband’s medicine (drive thru) at 7:53pm, two cars in front of me. By the time I got to the window it was obviously closer to 8pm. the worker attending me (name: Kahlen ) greeted me very sarcastically. She then proceeds to ask me about my pickup, and asks me if I’m aware of the price (over $200). I ask if my insurance went through, and tells me yes (a name of an insurance I don’t have), but had no coverage. I tell her my correct insurance, and she asks the pharmacist and says yes they used my insurance but still the same price? I NEVER gave her my insurance? I ask if there’s any way to apply a discount, and tells me they can apply a discount TOMORROW because they are CLOSED! It was 8:01 at this moment but I had arrived before. I tell her I can’t wait because my husband has cancer, and she LAUGHS. Proceeds to ask me “so are you going to pay for it”? Very inconsiderate, 0 customer service and rude.
