Catering to the lowest common denominator is a perfect example in this store and in full force. The “pharmacist” should have chosen a career where encounters with the public was NOT on the scope of work list. His attitude and disservice has fallen down the entire chain of command in the pharmacy, resulting in no friendly, capable or motivated pharmacy staff.Horrible, wish 0 Stars was an option. Never write these reviews, but the “workers” (if that’s even the right description) are incredibly rude. 9 out of 10 encounters, the “worker” acts like and treats all customer interactions , as if we are doing them a huge inconvenience and imposing on them when assistance is needed. The way they treated this elderly woman in a wheelchair was disgusting and unacceptable in every fashion. They and all that watched this happen without lifting a finger, should be ashamed. Please, for everyone’s sake, just quit and find somewhere else to waste space.

I adore the CVS located in my Super Target but this time I forgot and had my prescription sent to the one on Buckingham. Big Mistake, Big! Zero service in the pharmacy. It took 2 trips to check on my prescription and they NEVER texted when it was ready...Why? Also they didn't ask if I was a rewards customer. I remembered after my credit card said remove your card. I asked oh my gosh, is it too late to use my reward card? Answer, Yes! Slow and Unfriendly Service! Store is very rundown & dirty!

I just got vaccinated 20 minutes ago. The doctor was very polite and answered all of my questions. Five stars for sure!

I went to go pick up a prints order and waited for 10 minutes before having to hunt somebody down for myself. Aside from that, their pick up area looks like it must be where they store all of their stuff. I’m not sure how they keep organized in there. There wasn’t even anybody at the cash register. Aside from my self, there were three other groups that waited for assistance, only to go to the self check out as a last resort or just completely left the store.

They close early at 10pm. But in website it says as 11pm. Then don’t wven answer why they did close so early. I see few people in store as well

This CVS is horrible. You wait in the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions for 15 minutes because one of the two lanes is drop off only… who even drops off prescriptions anymore????
