This company was our client in IBM and I would say I have not got such pathetic client who allocates hectic and complex task to their employees. Also no special favours or not even a team lunch or a simple birthday party was funded by them...Big micers!

What a horrible company. Zero is the accurate score for their customer service. They are purposely understaffed. I think whoever licenses rx companies should investigate this scam company.

Would give negative stars if I could! I started the process of getting my meds from these people 5 weeks ago. I still don't have all my meds and have spent HOURS on the phone with various people. No one can say anything but "our system...." or they promise something but don't get it done. My 2 favorite things about this process has been getting hung up on multiple times, the other is returning a call from them and no one knows what the call was about! If you have a choice DON'T USE THIS FEEBLE EXCUSE FOR A PHARMACY!

EVERY TIME I go-to CVS for something in their ad they are SOLD OUT. I usually get there after church, same day the sale starts. CVS does NOT limit their sale items, and 9 times out of 10 they do not have any stock left. Apparently, per store personnel, people buy the items out to sell in garage sales and to send home to Mexico. I REALLY think there should be limits on the items so that other customers can take advantage of the sale. I shop their and spend my money on non-sale items but will not be doing that anymore. Great way to lose customers. Then I call corporate in Richardson, Tx. just for an automated voice to tell me they cannot accept calls right now, but if you know an extension you can dial it. Customer Service is severely lacking. Will not be spending my money there anymore. I had to give one star to write review. Otherwise, they wouldn't even get that from me.

They process my precription prior authorization requests within a reasonable amount of time when my doctor uses cover my meds online.

Worst service ever. I am supposed to have automatic refill, but I get about 4 robot calls a week from these people, wanting to know if I want my prescriptions refilled. It's maddening

I just had a remarkable customer svc experience with my representative "Steve" who went above & beyond to help me this morning. I've been splitting my prescriptions between Walgreens & CVS until now. Going forward I'll commit all my prescriptions to CVS. Good job Steve and thank you for your assistance! I hope you get the recognition deserved for the excellent service you provide. this is the WORST mail order service.... please do yourself a favor and find another mail order service. no matter how new your prescription is, you will always have problems renewing.
