CVS at Campbell and Nantucket in Richardson, Texas is exemplary. The staff is amazing…soo professional and helpful and kind. I was not rushed and I will return again and again, b/c I trust them. Thank you for asking. ✨?✨

AWFUL PHARMACY! Takes forever to get ahold of a human! Awful customer service. Find literally any other pharmacy if you want actual help!

Never an issue with fulfillment, but the overpaid cashiers in the pharmacy could use a bit of humility when dealing with their customers…

This pharmacy seems to hate customers. I was refused service because they were too busy. I was watching them, they were not busy.

I am fed up with cvs and the pharmacy system right now. I have a prescription called in over the weekend due to be filled at this location today. The power went out at 5 am yesterday and when I called another CVS because this one is closed it says my medicine will be ready at 10 am to be picked up making me think the other location is filling it for me. When someone finally answers the phone after 10 minutes of pressing buttons they tell me they CANT fill it for me because it was called into the location that’s CLOSED. She says you need to have your doctor cancel it and call it in to another pharmacy, which I had to search for another one that was open and had the medicine. I do that then reach out to my doctor only for them to tell me they will not call in my meds to another pharmacy because they can’t call the CLOSED one to CANCEL it. This is a joke, this entire system is a joke. There should be a system in place to take care of meds for people in emergencies and power outages regardless of what type of medicine or is. And why tell me my medicine will be ready at 10 am today when it’s not?
Now I get to run out of my meds and suffer because of your broken system.

Blen in the minute clinic was extremely friendly; went out of her way to fit me in as a walk in and identified the strep immediately, ruling out everything else. In and out with meds and great advice in no time flat.

This pharmacy has become increasingly non responsive, slow to process and lazy. There are 4 people here and 3 are standing in around chatting vs filling customer lines.

I've been a loyal customer here for many years, but no more. The pharmacy techs and pharmacists are usually great even if their prices are not so great. But, tonight the pharmacist got angry with me because I wanted to switch two of my meds to GoodRx as opposed to my insurance. The difference in cost was over $80! She told me I would have to wait until she filled the people in line were done. Then three more people showed up. Was I supposed to wait until there was no line? Maybe for hours or days? It's a lot of work for them to switch because their system is so antiquated and they have to print all those ridiculous labels all over. Tom Thumb doesn't do that. They effortlessly changed my other scripts. To top that off Tom Thumb's price are a LOT better, but I stayed out of loyalty. Forget that! Look people, CVS is the worst of the worst for prices and service. And, if you have insurance be sure to check the price of your prescriptions on GoodRx as well because you might find there is a big difference and you are getting ripped off by your insurance company and CVS. The best deal through GoodRx are almost aways at Tom Thumb, Albertson's, Walmart and Kroger. That's in general. As for this location, I will never walk through their doors again. I will drive 10 miles further and even pay more to NOT go here. We even have that Xtra care program. It's rip off too we are dumping that as well. Adios CVS. I hope I have helped some people out there save some money. Always shop your scripts! Don't assume your insurance or medicare is the the best deal. They probably aren't. And if you are paying cash, you must look at GoodRx or other online discount programs. Another great source is Cost Plus Drugs. Anywhere by CVS or other big box pharmacies.
