“This credit union is the best! They will actually work with you unlike the big banks. I have had Prestige loan to me when the big bank I have been a part of for almost 30 years would not. Highly recommend. Their personnel are wonderful and helpful. Shona James is a loan officer, and she has gone to bat for me numerous times and made thing possible for me! Sandra V. Has helped me with their online chat area for questions several times in the past and has always answered my questions or followed up if she didnt know. Awesome!!!”

“After "free checking" @ Chase turned into having to pay for checking even though we had the minimum easily covered it turns out that unless you use the account a lot during each month they charge you and inactivity fee....we closed our checking account walked across the parking lot to Texas Health Resources and opened up a great savings and checking account!!. We're also American Airlines credit union account holders and Texas Health Resources and everyone inside that office have always been gracious with great attitudes and very attentive and helping us sort things out whenever we had a question or concern. I don't get these negative reviews at all because I've been going to this branch for years and they've always got great attitudes, smiles on their face, I always greet you and a very happy way and the bank itself is very clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend them for anything and everything!”

He called me and the dealership multiple times just to make sure everything was moving smoothly. I couldn't believe how easy the process was. Additionally, I like that their interest rates, on their CDs for example, are always current and generous and that they offer numerous opportunities to really save and grow your money for both short and long term. “Wonderful staff. I was greeted at the door by their check in clerk who input my information into the system and pointed me in the right direction to get my banking errands done in a timely manner. Very clean and well organized! The waiting area is small but simple and easy to navigate. They also have a drive thru for banking as well and one ATM lane.”
