Rooms are clean and comfortable. Wish there’s a microwave, although it does have a small frig. Rooms and public areas look recently renovated. Friendly staff.

My husband & I stayed here with our 1yr old. I chose this hotel due to the noon check out! When I tell you this hotel exceeded my expectations I mean that!! The stay was phenomenal!! Room was quiet, very clean & had decor modern! We had 1st floor pool access, the pool was amazing!! Water was crystal clear, and warm! The staff was more than amazing, gave us complimentary waters! Everything about this hotel felt like a 5star hotel! The only thing they can improve on is the WiFi signal to the rooms was weak & kept dropping the connection...other than that! Highly recommend, we will definitely book this hotel again!

I had a long stay with my son and left yesterday. Rooms are spacious with a balcony and all is fully renovated. Super clean , that’s so important! Everyday cleaning or refreshing the room. The Staff is very friendly. Ricky, Sylvia and everyone else were very nice and helpful. (Water dispenser in the lobby but no coffee except in the morning you can buy a Starbucks ) Tough luck if you’re a coffee addict :)) Sending love to all!
Rooms: Spacious , renovated and clean with a balcony!
Safety: Although no safe box in the rooms, it is very safe.

Booking was quick and easy, great room for the price. Reserved a king suite which included a bedroom and living area. The front staff was friendly and efficient, no issues checking in or out. Room and amenities extremely clean. Bistro, bar and Starbucks available in the lobby. Great location, near the highway, food, and stores. No complaints.
Rooms: Booked a king suite which came with two rooms; one being the bedroom and the other a living area with a couch, chair, desk, coffee bar, and TV. A nice patio was included that led directly to the pool entrance.
Safety: All entrances and amenities can only be opened with a hotel card.
Noteworthy details: Fitness room had everything you could need in a workout. Clean facility with towels and water available.

We have stayed here twice a year for probably 10 years on business. The new remodel was a welcome change and is beautiful. Staff is great.

Rooms good but service was horrible let alone we had a whole man walk in our room 10 some @ nite(we cked n 3 some fri Morin but had tha from thur-sun)with a key talkin bout he wks for them n etc let alone it’s jus me and a girl friend of mine on top of them moving us from tha 3rd floor to tha 2nd even offered 1st all bcuz we stated we wanted a refund tha lady then replied that’s against their policy…so I would live to have corporates # cuz we felt unsafe our whole wkend ps I have video to prove all of this as I wuz currently on live on tic tok

I had an excellent experience at Courtyard Dallas Richardson at Spring Valley! I was able to check in online and got access to my room before the standard check-in time. The staff greeted me with enthusiasm and professionalism. I don't recall his name, but I definitely wanted to shout him out for his fantastic energy. The cleaning staff was equally nice and accommodating.
The hotel's exterior and interior were spotless, and the pool area was lovely. My room was a little musky at first, but opening the patio door for a bit helped tremendously. Despite this minor issue, I highly recommend this hotel and will make it my go-to place whenever I'm in the area. Plus, I got a great rate via Expedia!
