Came in for a oil change and asked if they would check my passenger rear tire for a leak because my tire pressure kept dipping down and I was constantly having to air it back up. A week later, it blows out while I'm driving home from work. I take it back, they basically say nothing we can do so I go to discount tires to replace it. The gentleman fixing my tire there informs me I have two nails in my tire. I don't know how Nissan missed them. thanks for the oil change and charging me for rotating my tires Nissan but not taking the time out or your day to point out I got nails on my tires because you are too fucking lazy to look and just want money don't take your car here bunch of lazy fucking people that don't give a fuck about anything other than taking your time and money

I came in today to purchase a used car, it was a jeep trackhawk with a hellcat engine. The picture on line was nice, but the car was all scratched up upon arrival. I decided I would still make an offer and replace the wrap. The sales girl was very friendly, but the sales manager was sharp and rude. Instead of counter offering, he said we are miles apart and wasn’t willing to negotiate at all. I even told the sales lady if we couldn’t come to agreement, I would purchase a 2024 pathfinder instead. This would have been my fourth purchase at Courtesy Nissan, but instead I went to Rockwall and purchased a 2024 pathfinder and received great customer service. I will never return to courtesy Nissan again, they are a volume dealer and the service shows.

They don’t even deserve a star. They may charge you for it! There isn’t enough space to write about this experience. Having a non LED, normal fog bulb installed, with the bumper off the vehicle, should not cot an additional 200. Your own part’s department sells the bulb for less than 35.00 yet I was charged 30 minutes of labor and 72.50 for a light bulb, not even an assembly, a bulb. I was told my car wouldn’t be ready so I incurred extra rental charges after learning it would not take as long. So I was surprised to see that in the course of 4.5 hours of 218/hour, my vehicle had 2200 worth of repairs that otherwise could have been done for 1/4 the cost at any normal dealership, especially since I have been a loyal Nissan customer. Well, until I sell it and never look back at Nissan. I was told I couldn’t even review the final estimate before I arrived because “the system doesn’t allow that anymore”. Since when does a customer have to pay to see a final total? Hogwash!

My appointment was at 8am. Rodgers Davis was friendly and professional. He kept me updated with the status of my car, which I appreciated because I didn't check my texts that showed the status. My car was serviced quickly and I wasn't pushed to get something done that could wait. Thank you Rodger. God bless you and Courtesy Nissan.

Courtesy Nissan is really the place where courtesy and professionalism are at home. Since I dropped my car until I left I waited only the reasonable promised amount of time for a job well done. The cost is also reasonable and without all the extra fees that I used to pay at other main brands dealers. Courtesy Nissan is now home to my two vehicles! Thank you for a job well done!

Nicholas was very nice and friendly and very polite! I brought my car in to have the brakes checked. They ended up being just fine with no work to be performed. I appreciated the honesty. They did find a couple of things that needed to be repaired which I appreciated them letting me know about.

I was so impressed by everyone at the Courtesy Nissan service department!!! These guys took care of me faster than an F1 pit crew and did an awesome job!!! I am so grateful and thankful for the great job everyone did!!!

Update . An I'm highly disappointed bought the car for my son because he have early release an a job. He drive the car for two weeks then for the first day of school it went out. Bought it in for service only to find out. IT NEEDED A NEW ENGINE AN CYLINDER BLOCK AN COOLANT LEAK really bad.

Sent my wife in for the special $10 tire rotation and the invoice reflects an extra $5 charge for "Customer Pay Hazard Disposal For Repair Order" bringing the cost to $15....really, a tire rotation generates $5 of hazard disposal. This place will nickel and dime you to death. Zero stars, will never return.

Service department lacking service! 3rd time for the worst experience. No one in management will help resolve these issues!! Responded back to you by email 9/7/23. Never got a response from anyone at this dealership today is 9/11/23. No response from the voicemails that I left at Courtesy Nissan for the district manager call my general manager or in Irving for the Clay Cooley general manager. No one cared to call me back at all. They do not care about the customer. Clearly I emailed I gave names I gave situation no response from no body. Also oil finger prints near the driver side vanity mirror. No one will call me back and I have pictures!! Today is 9/12/2023 !!Update:: all issues have been resolved , looking forward to seeing how this dealership will be since Clay Cooley now owns it . I can honestly say , he has hired some outstanding people who keep their word and immediately get the issues resolved !! Upper management was very professional and resolved the issue stat .
