When I needed a realtor I did what lots of folks do...I asked a trusted friend for a recommendation. My friend was right. Cindy and her team do a wonderful job. They are so good that when another friend of mine needed a professional, competent realtor to handle selling a property because my friend lived overseas, Cindy was able to provide turnkey service and the property sold almost immediately after all the needed repairs were done. We had a property that was ready for sale. Cindy and her team professionally staged the house, did a photo shoot, marketed the property, and on the first open house had multiple offers, one of which ultimately closed on the deal. From listing to closing the process took much less time than expected and went off without a hitch. Cindy works with her clients to provide them the level of individualized service they need. They are easy to get a hold of when you need them. If they are unable to answer your call, they return the call fairly quickly. They may ask you to do a lot to your house, but you will get it back and it will sell fast. They know how to sell houses.

Cindy was an excellent asset to have on our side. As we were moving across the country, Cindy set up multiple area searches for us as well as took all our needs into consideration being that I am a disabled veteran. She found a home and we pounced with an offer that was accepted right away. We then had no issues with getting any questions answered throughout the rest of the process and she was always timely in her responses.
