The lack of respect for clients is unacceptable. I brought a Groupon to get a hair treatment. They canceled it once (understandable). I rebooked for Monday July 29 at 7pm. At 12:30pm on July 29 they canceled my other appointment. No one ever called or texted like the last time. I cannot keep making accommodations for this place. I was really excited for this but I will have to trade in my Groupon.
Update: around 2pm I called off my Mother’s phone, they answered. I told them this was Megan calling about the cancellation and he hung up on me!! This salon is a joke and I’m not sure why they have so many positive reviews. I think they are fake.

I had bought a Groupon for a skin tightening facial, and Joseph kept cancelling my appointments less than an hour prior to the appointment. The second time they did, they did not even bother answering the phone or texts about why they were cancelling. and why they would wait until the last minute. The cancellation email was generic and stated that I needed to go back to Groupon for a refund.

Tried booking an appointment was told owner would call me back within a minute and didn’t receive any response. Calls keep going to voicemail now. Terrible communication.

I love this place!! The owners are so knowledgeable and informative, I learned so much about my hair during my session and the cut is amazing! Looking forward to going back!! Highly recommend!

We walked in and where immediately greeted by two of the kindest people I have ever met at a hair salon they took their time with assuring that everything was done properly, even offered us a drink 5/5 stars would definitely use their couch again.

The most awful experience ever!
maybe he's paying these customers
to put up nice fake reviews. I don't
recommend at all if you want your
hair jacked up. I will say Joseph is a
kind young man, but he needs alot
more training with hair, he needs to
go back to toni n Guy school. We
had nice conversations but other
than that i wish i had made a better
decision to wait with getting my hair
done, and go back to my
hairdresse when j had more time. What he did to my hair
was the worst highlighting i have
ever had in my life. He tried to use
the excuse that i had box color on
my hair, but he is the only one out of
all the hairdressers i have had in my
lifetime that made my whole head
red, he did not do what i asked him
to do, i asked for highlights, he
gave me all over copper red
hair. That is just unacceptable what
he did. The organic way is not
always the right way trust me. To
top it all off he should have not
charged me for the way my hair
looked when i left that salon. I have had much better experiences with
highlighting, box color or no box
color.. that's just an excuse for him
covering up the bad work he did.i
just had not long ago a guy do my
hair and my hair was very dark
brown, and he had me a light
brown in one sitting. So that just
goes to show you that this Joseph
needs more training. I learned a
lesson for sure. Sad as it is. I should be
reporting him to the state board of
cosmetology. I will never go back to
this salon again. I am very unhappy
with what he did. No excuse
whatsoever!!

I’ve gone to Cordell Christian for a couple months for some alternative therapy on my arm. Im a collegiate baseball pitcher and have dealt with some tears in my shoulder and elbow discomfort. They helped treat my pain with DENAS electro therapy and helped me stay on the field. This was great for me because It was a way to stay healthy and playing without having surgery. They take good care of their patients and do an excellent job helping you get what you need.

Oh my gosh.... The facial was amazing. Like nothing I've ever heard or received. My entire experience from initial massage chair while sipping my tea to her getting into the facial with hi tech tools and her organic products. my skin felt clean refreshed and juicy healthy. Excited to s. Worth the drive if it's not in your area.

I would definitely recommend this Cordell Christian Organic spa- Personalized, friendly and Thurough - I received a cryofacial the first time I went ( my first facial) it was a wonderful experience and went back for an intensive Focused ultrasound treatment! Very excited to see the final results! I was drawn to this spa because they do not use chemicals and make their serums in house with Organic ingredients.
