Had an amazing experience with this guys. They are efficient, very well organized and super transparent. Got my laptop battery replaced and the experience was enjoyable from beginning to the end.

There not there any more!!! Two months I gave them a Mac that needed a new motherboard. They gave me a quoted price of $600 for parts and labor. I said ok and told them to hang on to computer until I get the funds together to spend. Now here I am 4/1/19 with the money, and when I call it says the phone's been disconnected. So I drive over there. When I walked in there's nothing but 2 guys in Sherwin-Williams shirts painting the empty walls. Ummm where is my freaking computer???? This had to happen on April fools day too of all days.

I couldn't be happier I found Brandon. We used them for emergency IT support at the business I work for. My boss fired our useless business tech support company and now we just use Brandon as needed as well as monthly cleaning/maintenance which has kept us running better than we have in years. Thank you Brandon!

Is this place still open? I'm not able to get through to them via phone. THIS PLACE RUINED MY LAP TAP and took ZERO responsibility for it. **Please do not use this place. What was worse about it is the attitude of management. They have not pride in their service.

It took 5 months to get my laptop back. My laptop was in perfect order minus some discoloration to the display. The repair should have only taken a couple of days to 2 weeks max. I have now received it in worse condition. The display is not coming on at all and the motherboard is now fried. Just like the previous reviewer pointed out - in the whole 5 months, I was the one to contact them - they never called me once and at times when I did call/email it was screened and ignored. I apparently was not a priority to them. Save your time and sanity and find another repair shop.

I have been using this place for the past 3 years. They always delivers fast, accurate and customer-oriented service. I was having issues with the overall speed of my computer and the technician Ryan went above and beyond for me. He not only fixed the issues I was having, he then went and installed virus protection software without charging me extra. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional customer service at a great price. Small town, neighborhood service with Enterprise class knowledge and execution.

My wife and I bought a new Dell computer with Windows 10. WE knew next to nothing about the fine points of setting it up. I contacted Brandon and he came to the rescue. Very reasonable fees. A few days later I started trying to set up some stuff and transfer from the old computer. Pretty soon I had made a complete mess! I must have had a least six different password that I tried and then could not remember them. He came out today and somehow figured out how to repair the damage I had done. I can't think him enough. If I have future issues I will contact Computer Junction and let their professionals fix the problem.

Stay away from this company. Weeks ago I brought a laptop in. Ryan told me it wasn't worth repairing and he could put together a good computer for between 300 -400. I get a phone message .call from Ryan a couple days later. whoever answered the phone says Ryan isn't in they will leave him a message. A month later I call and Ryan isn't in. I explain my situation and the person on the phone verifies my information and says Ryan will call me back. That was Dec 7. Ryan does not call me so I call again today (Dec 11) Ryan answers! He insists that he tried to call me several times and that I don't answer my phone, my phone is the wrong number and that my phone is dead and he can't get through. NONE of that is true. I have received two calls from this company and last Friday I verified they had the right contact number. I have one phone, one number and checking call history for the last 6 weeks shows that ryan hasn't left messages and hasn't called. Maybe he has been calling another number but at least once a month ago he called the right number. So I don't know if Ryan isn't competent or is just a liar. I asked if a computer was ready for me and he said he could order one. What???!! It has been weeks and now he will order one? I said I was unhappy and no longer going to deal with the company. I hung up. He called back and left a message telling me it was rude of me to hang up. (what does he think customers should do when they say "I am unhappy and taking my business elsewhere"? stay on the line??? seriously?) sorry but this guy acted like a j*** and blamed me for his not calling me.

So glad I was able to find computer junction today. I was in town for today only to show a customer the work I've been doing for them and when I landed, my computer told me my hard drive was dead. Long story short, the staff at computer junction was able to replace my hard drive AND keep everything exactly like it was programs, documents everything! Thanks you guys are the best!

I'm opening a new location in Dallas for my design firm and I dont know what we would do if it weren't for the guys at computer junction. I feel bad for calling them so much (sometime 5 times a day) but they are always so helpful and able to solve my problems right away. I have had them out to my office for one thing or the other atleast 10 times in the last month and will probably have them out another 10 times in the next month but I am so grateful for everything they do for us. I highly recommend computer junction to anyone who needs a great tech company. I also recommend computer junction open more locations near my other offices! Thanks so much for all your guys help!

These guys are the best. They check all the right boxes. Very knowledgeable, fairly priced, personable and easy to deal with. We worked with Brandon and Tyler who were great. They explained everything in detail and what our options were, but most importantly fixed a whole bunch of problems we had with our computer. They took a genuine interest in getting our problems fixed. We will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.

Just because zero stars is not an option....... They apparently, don't need your business. After taking our Oculus unit in to assess, they told us the would let us know by next day. Long story short, today starts week 3, and not only have we always had to be the ones to contact (or try to) them, they say that they "just can't get to it because of a backlog." They couldn't tell us that BEFORE we left it with them??? We don't exactly live close to them. They were chosen because of good reviews. No idea how they earned those, with our experience. Now, we have no fix, AND we've wasted at least 3 hours. We will be billing them OUR hourly wage for 3 hours!
