I dont know much about the company itself but I have to say my experience was very good with Josh Kesterson. We sold our house with him and bought a new house with him. As far as paper work he was very thorough and looked out for us. I would recommend him to anyone.

Be lucky you looked at their reviews first and run far away! I do not want to waist your time writing a novel as it’s not necessary. Everything about this organization is unprofessional. Ranging from the worst customer service I have ever experienced to them blatantly ignoring multiple requests to make matters right and yelling at my wife on the phone. Look closely and you will see all the positive reviews are fake and majority have no words because nobody could have anything positive to say about this scam of a company if they actually worked with them. .

BEWARE: Be very wary renting from this company. After applying and being approved, they insisted we pay a $2,250 deposit and $2,300 in first months rent BEFORE they would even issue us a lease to review. This is not typical and very sketchy. My realtor immediately shut it down and we went with another company. If we had paid the deposit then were issued the lease and found an issue that resulted in us not signing, then we'd be out the full $2,250- along with our already forfeited $100 application fee.The only 5 star reviews are clearly written by employees. A quick google dive will bring up Reddit threads of poor experiences, bad Yelp reviews, etc. Felt it necessary to issue a warning, especially for first time renters that are not familiar with the process.

Awful. I moved in mid-lease with an existing resident that was a stranger to me. At the start of my first full lease, they refused to let me sign an entirely new lease, even though I offered to pay all new deposits. I had to "transfer over" the previous lease even though I didn't know that person (and I was told the lease prior to that was "transferred" from the previous resident too). See a pattern? This allows them to avoid certain expenses, such as cleaning or replacing carpet, blinds, etc.The staff (I dealt with Maricela) seems to be immediately combative, and mostly incompetent.You get the idea. They suck, they know it, and they don't care.

Wish I didn’t have to give it a 1 star rating...We have been renting with this company for a little over a year now and can’t wait to get out. We have made some professional changes to the landscaping that could potentially help the company in the long run (all with approval of course) and have maintained the house better than the last few tenants per Jonathon that inspects our home twice a year! We had a slight problem with rent this month (which they raised after a year of residency) our rent payment wouldn’t pull out due to a paycheck still balancing in the bank account. We gave Mrs. Betty Young a heads up about it and told her it may be a few days late. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE... She insisted it wouldn’t be a problem because we had until the 15th of the month! Again, we had the funds pending and gave them a heads up! For over a week now I have been in cahoots with Mrs. Young about all this going on(again, insisting everything is okay) and sends a letter to the house that states we will need to vacate the premises in 3 days if we do not pay the $30 NSF fee that she never posted in our RentTrack account to pay until today April 13th and needed to be paid by the 15th. The NSF is the insufficient funds fee due to our check pending while they pulled out rent on a recurring payment (we gave them a heads up)Betty Young has probably become one of the most rude, unprofessional persons I have EVER dealt with. She wouldn’t let me get a sentence out to explain myself about the $30 payment not being in our rent track account that she had to put there! I had to ask her if I could speak more than 3 times because she insisted on talking over me! She told me that she was right about everything and would not apologize for anything. I wasn’t looking for an apology I was, I was just trying to explain a situation!Jonathan, that does the home inspections was a nice guy until we caught him creeping around the house unannounced.We have really enjoyed the house but what comes with it is honestly not worth renting with the management of the property!If you rent through this company I would suggest doing anything VIA EMAIL verses speaking on the phone with someone. They will twist everything! They are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

These people knowingly rented us a home with mold completely covering all of our AC duct work and unit in the attic. Then when we found it and confronted them they tried to claim it was dust not mold. When I had a certified mold consultant out to take a look he found enough mold that he wrote a letter insisting we move out because of the quality of the air and the amount of mold in the home. When Keith Hendricks came out he tried to tell me every home has mold in it even his $700000 home. Keith is very unprofessional and does not think he can be held accountable for anything. We have been out of the home for a few months now and I just received a phone call from the new tenant asking if we had a mold problem because they just discovered mold completely covering the AC ducts. This just proves that Keith and his company are neglegent and willing to put anyone in harm's way to make a buck. If you see a sign from Coldwell Banker Apex run
