My feedback/ experience with CLM mortgage is because of the exceptional experience that Sierra Viscardis provided. My wife and I were working on a strict timeline of under 30 days to close for a relocation from the Midwest to Texas for work. Sierra was a consummate professional the entire time. She went out of her way to ensure we were properly cared for and leaned in on resources outside her scope of work. She remained a calming force even in times where I was more spirited in my approach. She is a true gem of the company and I would recommend anyone that can, to personally request Sierra Viscardis if you love quality and exemplary service. Huge Thanks!

Hello All , This is my first mortgage experience and my honest opinion . I had a fabulous experience especially with Sierra Viscardis , the loan officer in CLM . She is knowledgeable , thorough and easy to work with . More than that , one of the finest persons I have ever met . She explained me each every step ‘n’ number of times repeatedly as I am new to the process . Gave me knowledge and allowed me to choose. Suggested wise decisions and gave me competitive rates . There was few ups and downs in my credit scores and she helped me throughout and gave me confidence . She usually says “ Don’t worry and we are going to get this home for sure “. Finally we are into our new home . Yes . It’s our HOME . Thank you Sierra .All the very best and wish you continued success Sierra . Hats off CLM to have a person like to this as your employee . Wise decision .

My review is solely based on the service my Loan Officer Sierra V provided.She was absolutely outstanding and was there from beginning to end. She is personable, professional, and through.I started my process in March/April, and while there were bumps along the way, Sierra continued to keep me positive and motivated that I was able to obtain the home that I wanted.Her communication and processing was always professional and consistent. She also assisted sometimes after her working hours with questions or concerns that I had.I can truly go on and on regarding Sierra but I will just say that she is truly a gem, and I hope that CLM understands the value that she brings to the company.I appreciate everything she has done from the bottom of my heart, and wish her nothing but continued success.

Gary talked me out of doing my Refi. It wasn't the best option for me, and not a great time, though he could have made it happen, but I would have been killed on closing costs. I appreciate the honesty!! He will do right by you!

I had the worst experience working with CLM. Steve Arcos and his colleagues don't know what they are doing. This was my very first home mortgage experience. They didn't explain how the mortgage process works, what documents to prepare and when to submit them. There was no proactive communication. Most of my calls were never returned and the ones returned were after two or three days! I wish I had enough time to choose another lender before closing. I would never work with them again.
