A couple months ago, I had an experience similar to what Parker shared in his review; where I was intentionally misled when approving services. When I noticed a discrepancy between what I had approved online and what was being requested at the checkout counter, I raised the issue, only to be berated and inappropriately touched by a technician. It was a horrible experience, made worse when my follow-up emails, despite clear evidence (documentation of what was quoted vs. what was charged), were dismissed and ignored. Seeing Parker’s post confirms my suspicions about what’s happening at this location. It’s disheartening because there’s no reason to deceive or berate customers into paying. Especially, when I’ve been a VW customer for nearly a decade and I would have paid the appropriate amount willingly. It's sad because it seems they prefer to take advantage of customers.

Had a 12:45 APPOINTMENT for just an oil change. I was there early and checked in. It was close to 3 pm when I was checked out. I asked why it took so long and I was told that just because I had an appointment didn’t mean things would go faster. 2 hours for an oil change?! I won’t be back unless I need service. I can get a full synthetic oil change for the same price or less in 30 minutes a lot of places. Feedback is the breakfast of champions. Time to pull up to the pump boys.

Can’t say enough about the team here. Had an interesting experience at another dealership and got on the phone with Reid and everything went great from there. Reid, Eddie, and the team made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish and made what seemed like an unrealistic deal happen.

I am still owed over 4K on a cancelled policy that no one seems to care that I ever get. I am probably going to have to file a claim in small claims court. Very scammy situation. Sold a policy I wasn't aware of until I got home to review all of the paperwork. I cancelled the policy within 24 hours and here I am 8 months later with no refund. I keep being promised something is happening but nothing is. Though, I love my VW I will not purchase from this company again. Instead of telling me the bottom price, I feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a female. I was asked what price I could afford, they went $80 over that then said let me see what I can do and came down another $30. I needed a car ASAP but I had planned to return the next day when I had care for my daughter but they assured me they could get me out on time. They didn't I was late and pressed and now I am still dealing with the headache of them holding 4k of my money.

Just got home after buying a car from Clay Cooley Volkswagen of Richardson. We had a stellar experience from the minute we walked in, till the moment we drove away. Great service, customer care, with kind and friendly associates. We never felt like we were in a high pressure/sales situation. If your Finance Team is not capable of handling customers in fast pace, you all missing something badly. Waiting in lobby for 6 hours is a worst thing ever a dealership can do to their customers. Grow up and improvise.
It's a hungry customer writing this post as I don't want to miss the spot for lunch.
