I called ahead of time to ask whether a banker could assist with a wire transfer and they told me just come on in. I show up at 12:10PM and was told someone was available and could assist me within minutes. I saw four different bankers pass by me, all telling me "Someone will be with me". The manager came up and told me a specific banker would assist me once she came out of a room to assist. That person never came out. 20 minutes had past, and I had no clue when I would receive help. I understand I walked in during lunch, but if you cant give me a straight answer on when I can expect service, then thats piss poor communication. I asked several times if I should have set an appointment, but was told I shouldn't have to do that. Dont bother coming here if it involves inside interaction.

Walked in my lunch time at 12:35pm to take care of my checking account, took a seat and signed in. Now it is 12:50pm even known there is people here no one has come and asked can I help you and there is another person waiting next to me. At 12:51pm a bank employee comes and asked us what brought us in today so I told the employee. At 1pm I decide to walk out and call the 800 number instead which I should of done the first time. Never again!!!!!!

I think it's very hard for a branch of any bank to garner praise. Usually people find a reason to be upset in what usually can be a stressful transaction. This branch was courteous and competent. The facility was clean and welcoming. The service was performed professionally and timely. Well done.

I just started to bank with Chase and this location is very close to my work. I needed to get my PIN changed and some other things taken care of with my new account. I was greeted by someone right as I came into the door, which is really nice. I told them what I needed and they said someone would be with me. I was greeted by the branch manager Nadeem Khan. He was very nice and made sure everything was in working order with not only my card but my account as well. The tellers are very quick with your request and just overall amazing. Amazing customer service. I look forward to being with Chase bank for a very long time! Thank you!

Chase bank is THE worst bank ever! I moved from Chicago and was using BMO Harris Bank and never had any issues. I deposit money constantly via my employer and they constantly hold the funds. I recently deposited a check from an LLC company on 1/2 and they are holdings the funds until 1/12!!!! This is insane, this is my money. They refused to help in anyway to verify the funds, and by the way... anytime you call any Chase location in Texas, you never get a live person. Horrible customer service! I called Wells Fargo and am switching my bank ASAP... beware of any Chase bank... just terrible!!!!

Fairly convenient bank, pretty easy access to the drive-thru ATM. You can get in and out of this location from either Campbell or Greenville. Do not have an account with Chase, and therefore I have not experienced customer service inside this branch, so take this review with a grain of salt.

Worst customer service I've ever received at a chase and it wasn't a one time thing. My company has a business account with chase, we pay a monthly fee for chase's services. I personally have several accounts as well and I've never seen a lot of people in one building who are so bent out of shape about doing their job. It's never been busy when I go in there, but every time I get the third degree about why I can't just use a currier service for this or they complain I don't have there specific change form filled out or they're upset I didn't call ahead... On two occasions I've actually been shorted money, one time they fixed it, the other they refused. Well, now I refuse to go to this bank. If this was my first experience with chase I would close all my personal accounts and go elsewhere. Thank goodness chase has tons of locations with staff that actually treat people well, this location obviously isn't one of them. From the management to the cranky tellers they're unprofessional and unhappy.

Open my business checking and savings accounts here. Lady named Mischelle helped me - and yes - there is an " s " in Mischelle - thats just how she was named. Anyway, the service is always great - as good as it gets. Very satisfied with Chase. If you are opening new accounts check on getting a business and personal that can be linked so it is free. Free checking is great!! - Happy New Year everyone !!
