I went in to this branch with a good number of bonds that had matured that I wanted to cash out. I was then told that I was only allowed to cash a third of them because it is a “lengthy” process and they didn’t want me to”holding up the line” which at the time was non-existent. I would have to come back another day for the rest of them. Then when I got to the counter I was told she couldn’t help me and I would have to mail them in because my maiden name was on the bonds. Even though my social is on them and they have a copy of my marriage certificate on file as I first opened my account with my maiden name. I then went to a completely different bank that I have an account with and they gave me no trouble at all and had all of them done in under 10 minutes. I have also been able to do this at other chase branches with no difficulty at all. Basically they just don’t want to help you at this branch. Terrible experience and customer service.

Bank Representative Christine X. was extremely rude and spoke harshly during a telephone interaction with me. I didn't feel valued as a customer.

This branch has gone down the drain in last few years, this used to be one of best customer service branch and i have been coming in for last 11 years, recently in last 1-2 years and man this has become one of the worst branches. There is a reason this rating on google, people are frustrated with the service they receive. I brought a friend who recently moved into US and it was a challenge to get information about account opening.

This locale doesn't have tellers so I called to see if I can get a money order/cashiers check and the automated phone system finally got the phone to ring. Then it hung up on me. Tried again and got customer service somewhere and they transferred me back and then hung up again.

Try calling their phone number to set up an appointment. I've called 4 times in the last twenty minutes. I got a person twice. I got hung up on all four. It is hard to give a much more substantive review when it is impossible to speak to anyone to set up an appointment. Oh, I should add, I had set up an appointment prior by going into the branch. They cancelled that the day of the appointment. They are like dealing with a brick wall. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I don't get the feeling, from our personal experience that the personal banker we visited with, is very experienced.Leaves you with an unsettled feeling especially when trying to set up an account with my college-bound granddaughter to teach her about financial responsibility using a checking or debit account.Not a very good or encouraging advisor.

It’s pretty outrageous how slow the customer service is in person even with an appointment being made. There’s a point where you need to be strict on the time and address to other customers who’ve been waiting for their appropriate appointment time. I waited an additional 20/30 minutes past my appointment time and I still can see the banker was in talk with his current customer who’ve probably been there for the previous half hour. This is the 4th time that’s happened to me at this branch, it’s ridiculous. Don’t come here in person to have something worked with your account, go to another branch for your time’s sake.
