If I could leave 0 stars I would , they don’t know how to pick up a phone and they’re all walking around doing nothing chit chatting. Made me wait 20 mins just for them to say they can’t take me, such a waste of time

I am listed on my elderly mother's account and was having trouble logging in to check her balance. Since I was logging in on a new device (my laptop) they were sending a six digit code to mom's phone. I had mom on the phone during this process, but she couldn't tell me the code quick enough and then couldn't find where it might be. I went to my local Chase Bank and there was a long wait so I made an appointment for the next morning. I arrived at 9:00 to meet with Karen Garcia. She was very pleasant, she verified my identity and looked at mom's account and could see that I was listed on her account. She suggested I set up a log on of my own and then if I needed to verify a device, the code would be sent to my phone. Brilliant and easy fix!! Karen printed off a recent statement so I could take a look at it. Karen was very kind and professional! Great customer service!

Not possible to reach them by phone. They don’t respect customers’ time. I need to know the hours the Notary is available. But the phone lines at this branch aren’t operable. Time to move my accounts elsewhere—some place with working phones, functional technology, and a bank that allows streamlined access to services for their customers, who have jobs and responsibilities.

If you don’t have an account with chase, they charge $10 per check to cash. I could understand $10 per transaction. I had 3 checks for perdiem expenses, gas etc… So they were changing me $30. That’s a days worth of perdiem. This is why I don bank with chase!?? oh and so there’s no confusion, they were chase checks…..

This place stinks! The entire Chase bank is a mess! Trying to get to something done for 2+ mos. Three different locations, two branch managers, and another banker later...still misinformed by each location. They all pass the buck! Thank goodness I was there to close the account!

I'm a former customer of Chase. I was going to try and go back to Chase (I've chose not to). My wife is currently a customer. My grandmother is also a customer.Because my wife is a customer as well as my grandmother I must deal with the staff quite often. The customer service is absolutely horrific. The staff don't even really act as if they desire new business or current business. Chase has more and more become a place that will nickel and dime anyone and everyone any chance they get.Chase used to be fairly decent about customer service. However as they grow bigger the greedier they seem to become and the worse the customer service has certainly become.I'll definitely do my banking elsewhere with a bank that shows they actually care about new or current customers and not simply your money and you providing them an interest free loan.

They had us wait 30 minutes after telling us we would be able to see a banker if we waited for him to finish with a client, and then they came to us and told us that another client with an appointment (that they never mentioned) came in and we wouldn't be able to be seen... after us waiting there for 30 minutes.
