“Texas Audio is the place to get all of your audio alarm needs. Jr is the best he doesn't commit until he knows it can be done. I had an alarm / rote start installed by TA phenomenal job. I had bought my car from the dealership last August and couldn't get the alarm at that time. When I was finally in the market to get one the dealership now couldn't help. “I Usually make appointments prior to coming here since i live almost an hour away from their shop and , like to ensure same day turnaround when possible .This time i did not have an appointment and , decided to randomly pull up since i was in the areas and was still taken care of with a pretty quick turnaround for the service provided.)decided to bring in my new daily last minute since I noticed the factory tint was slowly starting to bubble and blur . had the original tint removed and replaced with a Darker and Higher Quality tint and as always recived top notch work at a reasonable price and no damaged defrost lines”

“I had a fantastic experience with Central Auto - HONEST, good people and high quality work. Anthony and Jeremy both did an excellent job with repairs on my 2021 Bronco and were both upfront and honest with which specific dents were and were not in scope of our contract (even inviting me into the shop to review myself while repairs were underway) since aluminum is more difficult to repair than steel. “Someone damaged the hood of my car at the grocery store. Dented and scraped. I was reviewing shops as I was not going to file a claim for this. I told my cousin what happened and she told me that she would not take her car anywhere but Mr Car Shine! She met me there for an estimate so she could say hello to the owner and after reading the reviews prior to the visit I didn’t look any further. They only had my car for a few days and I am so pleased. They did an awesome job and the price was more than reasonable. I will recommend them to everyone I know that is in need of a great body shop. “My friends and I all chipped in last June for my husband's birthday and got a gift certificate. He had just purchased a new pickup and what better gift than tinting the windows. Fast forward to last evening, I called Alta Mere and wanted to make an appointment for the husband. I spoke with Dan and from the first "Hello," the level of service has been impeccable! I was expecting to have to wait for an appointment but we were able to get in today. I gave Adam all of the details for the job and this morning when my husband took the truck in, he was greeted by name from Dan. The whole service (front two windows) took all of a couple hours. When it came to pay, we did not realize the gift certificate was good for 6 months. (Honestly, we didn't look at it again after his birthday until today.) The total today was $210 and the GC was $250. They accepted the GC even after we said they didn't have to at all. That is what I say is top notch service from start to finish. Let me be clear... please do not take old expired GC's in thinking they will accept. It was a gracious gesture with no expectancy. Thank you, Alta Mere and Dan, for superb service!!”

Most of those recently have involved Caliber Collision and have been good experiences across the board. But this most recent experience with the Caliber team at the West Plano office stands out even above the generally fine work this company consistently provides. Tasean, Natalie, Mike, and the whole team at this location were superb in competency, proactively thoughtful service, and tangibly supported care. They were proactive in keeping me informed, worked through a myriad of difficulties along the way with clear communication and what seemed to me to be genuine care, as if it was their vehicle that was being fixed. I had the unexpectedly comfortable sense that I didn't need to worry and this team had me covered. Well done and much appreciated!”

“If you own a Rivian, I hope sincerely you never need a body shop. But if you do, there is no better place to take it than Payne and Sons. Unfortunately, my R1T was hit and run back in December and I was left to navigate getting a really unique vehicle repaired. My insurance company (Geico) seemed to not really know what to do with my truck. They sent me to a reputable local chain, but they said they couldn’t even provide an estimate for my vehicle. I decided to contact the manufacturer and they sent me a list of certified body shops in Texas. There are only two in the DFW area, with the other being a franchise dealership. I took a gamble that a family owned company would be more likely to help me through this situation. Boy am I glad I did!From the jump I was given such a confident feeling that I was in good hands when the owner, Logan, called me to put me at ease. He stated they have gone through a training and certification process with Rivian and have repaired many of them. He also told me that given the complexity of these repairs he handles the entire process front to back! From there it only got better. Logan showed he valued my time by having me bring the truck out for the estimate, then told me since it was still drivable that I should keep driving it while he worked through the process of getting the necessary approvals from the insurance company, ordered the parts, and then scheduled the repair. Many other shops would have just had you drop your vehicle off and let it sit for that time period.Once it was time to schedule the repair, Logan called me and offered several options. I dropped my truck off and he estimated it would take 2-3 weeks. Throughout that time, he communicated several times to keep me informed of each step. After about 19 days, he called me to say it was complete! Nailed the estimate even with several supplemental requests and other parts that were needed!I showed up a little early for my scheduled pick up appointment and Logan was out of the office. No matter, though, his staff jumped on delivering my truck to me. Not only was the repair done at the highest quality imaginable, (I’ve been in the automotive business for nearly 20 years) but they detailed it and it showed better than the day I bought it!I cannot recommend Logan and Payne and Sons more for your body repairs. Best experience I could’ve asked for when it seemed this would be trickier than ever. Thank you, Logan!”
