This store tried to charge me $100 for a hibiscus tree that are $29 at Home Depot and Lowe’s I do not recommend shopping for your plants here

I didn’t have a very good experience here. No one came asking if I needed help. Honestly the service left much to be desired. I came looking for a few items and One of them were climbing roses. I did see some but I asked if they were the shade tolerant. The guy working in the back decided to get mouthy with me saying, “no roses are shade tolerant.” Yes, there are some roses that are shade tolerant and I saw some of those varieties at Home Depot. You don’t know because you’re just that ignorant. I came only to look for a couple items, not to be talked to like I was stupid. I’m never coming back. It’s one thing to be ignorant because you’re not knowledgeable on roses but it’s another when you decide to be rude to a customer.

We called ahead and were served by the amazing Krissy who guided us as to varieties of the plants and vines we were looking for to thrive in the extremes of Texas weather! When we arrived she greeted us and had started a collection for us! Best selection and customer service ever! Thank you! ?

This place is amazing! We were looking for our Christmas tree, and showed up 5 minutes before closing, but Jeff, Tex, and Jimmy were super helpful! Not only did we find a beautiful tree, but they stayed late to wrap it up and get it on top of our car. It absolutely didn’t move at all driving home, and I can’t wait to get it decorated! Thank you for making our Christmas special!!
