I am having a horrible experience! My car has been delayed, the wrong parts received, and now because they are wrong, they are "back-ordered" with an estimated arrival date of December?! They have had my vehicle since September. I am sorry, but someone needs to get with it. Work overtime, go above and beyond, drive to another area to pick the part - whatever it is, it has to be done! I have gone above and beyond for people in my job, so I know this happens, now go and do it. Am I being overlooked? No one ever called me about the concerns I had from the moment I dropped off my vehicle. That should have alerted me at the time of the poor service this shop provides. I hope I never have to repair a vehicle again, and if I do, it will NOT BE WITH CALIBER.

I took my Subaru here after getting rear ended and they did a great job. It was mostly cosmetic repairs, so I was lucky, but my car looks great. They even washed it and cleaned the inside!Judith was super nice and very communicative. They made it very easy on me too with my rental from Enterprise too. Two thumbs up.Services: Painting

Awful experience. They lied to me, messed up my appointment 3/4 times, estimated 2-3 weeks and took 7-8 which led to me having to pay penalty fees with the state, delivered my car to me with scratches and broken parts, and when I drive it, it no longer feels safe/stable.The front desk lady, Melissa, was rude to me up until they finally accepted my car and then was pleasant to me.They told me I couldn't drop off my car because I wasn't on the insurance, even though I was the owner. I called their corporate office to make sure and they told me that wasn't true.I'd just bought the car and needed the repair before registering it. They told me 2-3 weeks, which is within the 30 day limit in Texas before penalty fees. They took 7-8 WEEKS and I had to pay penalty fees for failure to register on time.When they delivered my car, they returned it to me with scratches on the hood, a broken part, and it doesn't feel like it drives safely anymore (they removed/replaced the rear quarter panel and wheel and I'm wondering if it has to do with they way they reattached the wheel).They may offer warranty on their repairs, but I wouldn't trust taking my car back to them if they lied to my face and delivered it broken to me the first time around, so I've been trying to get in touch with the corporate/national office to see what I can do because they messed up my car.

10/05/2023 - Update - I thought I'd posted this before, but here are the details. I took my car in on a Friday for an estimate. Even before stopping by, there was a push to drop it off and get me into a rental vehicle (since that's covered by my insurance). However, I wanted to start with the estimate and go from there. I was told that I'd get it by the end of the day. When Monday came and went and I still hadn't heard a single peep, I reached out on Tuesday. Was told I'd get it that day. But it wasn't until I reached out to my insurance company on Wednesday to find out what was going on that I finally got the estimate. If I'd dropped off my car on Friday like they'd wanted, would the car have sat there for 5 days waiting for an estimate before they even started work / ordered parts / etc.? All said and done, this was frustrating and has me questioning whether I want the work done at this location if they're either that busy / backed up / disorganized that it takes roughly 3 days just to perform an estimate (that was promised same-day).

Spoke to Melissa whose the front desk manager, and she was extremely rude. While we were explaining our situation, once she found out that they didn’t take the third party insurance, she hung up on us immediately. We tried calling a couple more times after thinking maybe the line got cut, but our calls never went through. It was almost like she was avoiding our calls. Once we finally did get through after multiple attempts, it was someone else who picked up and he was a lot more helpful, hence the 2 star.

Many years ago, I had a wreck in my Camry and took it to Caliber, and received less than desirable service. So when my insurance company told me they use Caliber, I cringed, but what a difference the years have made. It took one day less than two weeks for them to repair my Scion XB. I was rear ended and my CRV had been damaged. You cannot tell that the car was ever damaged. They went above and Bretons, I was told that one of the wheel molds was not laying properly so the ordered a new one. That was not even included in the original assessment.Services: Painting
