Called with basic questions and was met with incredibly rude, confrontational responses for no reason whatsoever. Horrible customer service. They clearly don't need your business.

RUDE, just plain RUDE. When you have a customer calling to ask directions because their navigation took them to the wrong side of the intersection you take the 2 seconds it requires to give them proper directions. You don't tell them to "figure it out" and that you can't go "round and round" with them, whatever that meant in regards to my question. When I walked into the building to retrieve my order there were 2 men at the counter, one doing absolutely nothing. If the other RUDE man was too busy to answer a simple questions than he should have passed the phone to the other man. CUSTOMER. SERVICE IS KEY regardless of how long you've been in business!

I have used this business several times over 2 decades. The quality is always superior. I have had them process my 35mm and medium format film, they always do a great job. When I need hi res scans from any format film negative, they can doit. When I repeatedly tried to scan a photo and couldn't eliminate the dust spots, I took it to them. Again, I was very pleased with the quality.I highly reccomend BWC. Not only do they ensure quality, they offer friendly and professional customer service.

FANTASTIC PLACE!! I brought in six old photos for them to enlarge and print across a canvass and they turned out beautifully! They worked to make the pictures look as good on a large scale as they looked on a small scale- great people to work with!!

NO FILM: I just drove 30 minutes to get film developed here only to walk in and find a sign that said as of November 2019 they were no longer developing film. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE (9.3.2020). Website says they develop film, gives prices, and instructions for sending them in. Do not send them your film, it won’t get developed.The prints inside their shop looked really nice but as someone who works in marketing, this experience is unacceptable.
