We have been taking our dogs to this clinic for over 30 years. Even with the staff changes including a few doctors, we have not had a bad experience. Everyone is kind and compassionate. I won’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely recommend Buckingham Plano Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Carl has been my girl's doctor from the very beginning. Explanation and diagnosis were always clear. Nursing and admin staffs were always kind and gentle with my girl. Also, any info requests were always responded without delay. Can't ask more.

Dr Carl has taken care of my pup for 14+ years. She and her team are always gentle and understanding of my pup’s special needs. I appreciate the way Dr Carl explains and answers questions. I’ve moved away from Richardson but still bring my boy to Dr Carl because of the exceptional care her team provides.

This week my 15 yo pup was not well, needless to say he needed medical attention. Dr. Carl and her team were amazing with him. Dr. Carl was so gentle and caring, which made the experience even great. Highly recommend Dr. Carl and her wonderful team for your pet care needs.

Excellent service. Highly professional office. My dog got sick but my regular vet wouldn't see without an apt. This vet saw my dog within a few hours of me calling! The fees were very reasonable. I'll be switching vets!

I've been taking my dogs to this clinic for decade. Dr. Carl is top notch, and has always treated my dogs as though they were her own. She's informative, knowledgeable and compassionate. Her staff is great as well - very friendly and helpful. I've also boarded my dogs here and they've always received great care from the staff.
