I went 4 times to request a quote. I had the impression that the employee cannot send an email or got my email wrong. But the last time he gave me the most wire excuse. Two months for a quote!. This is the worst place and it was a wasting time waiting. The same day, I went to another place and two days later I got the quote.

#1 Mr Cheema always answers his phone! Why is that so rare today? ??♂️ #2 He delivers a great product with attention to detail at a fair price. #3 He does not over promise and under deliver. He is upfront about timelines. I want what I need to hear not what I want to hear. I truly appreciate that from Best Kitchen DFW. They have won my business for as long as they are in business. After doing a lot of shopping around I chose Best Kitchen for the quality and price for cabinets and countertop tops. Received delivery of cabinets before promised date. The installation of quarts countertop was a perfect fit in our kitchen. After our first project went well with this company, in the process now of remolding our bathroom and laundry room with this company. Dan T.

Whoever is working this phones at this place needs a class in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called wanting to get some information and quotes and whomever answered the phone treated me as if I was bothering him from the time he said hello. Not only did he seem rude but he was asking question about why I wanted to know that answer to my question. And then he hung on me when I asked him was everything alright with him today because he seemed as if I where bothering him with my call. When I called back he done it again.This place not only will never get my business but I will make sure to let everyone that I know if the contracting field and then some to not due business with this location.

Be wary of these people. I went in and selected the quartz and provided him a dimensioned sketch of what I needed. 2 weeks later he called to schedule the installation and wanted $500 more because he sold the quartz we wanted and would have to now cut a new piece. This guy is a sham. Stay away.

FLAKY!!! I went in there to get a countertop. Picked one out and they came to measure the space it was going in. 2 weeks later, on the day of installation, no one had called or come by at 3, so I called. I was told that they were short staffed and it would be another 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and same thing. I call after a no-show and now it is 7-8 weeks until they can get to it. Meanwhile the owner tells my contractor that they sold my countertop to someone else....Cheema just doesn't seem to care if he sells you anything or not. No service at all and I wasted a lot of time when I ended up getting something similar for the same price elsewhere.

I am glad we picked Best Kitchen DFW. The crew did an excellent job installing Quartz countertops in our kitchen. The owner Mr. Cheema worked with us on the price and budget. The installing crew was very responsive and completed the project on time. We are very happy with the outcome of this project and enjoying the updated countertops. Looking forward to update the bathroom vanity countertops with Best Kitchen DFW as well.
