I would give this shop a negative rating if it were possible. My phone had a front camera issue, and I went to this shop to get it replaced. They told me they'd need to open the phone, and I agreed to pay the fee. After opening it, they said they could replace the front camera but would need a week to get the part. I followed up multiple times, and it took them over a month to finally get the camera.
When they replaced the front camera, they damaged the back cover and said the battery was bulging, so I asked them to replace both the battery and the cover. This took another month and a half.
After they gave me the phone back, the battery went from 84% to 30% in just five minutes. I returned to the shop, but the battery died before they could check it. When I got home, I realized the charging port was no longer working. I went back again, and they claimed they couldn’t open the phone without two people being present. They promised to fix it the next day but never followed up.
I visited the shop several more times, but every time it was the same story: delays, excuses, and no solution. After months of back and forth, they finally told me my phone was beyond repair and that I should trash it. Oh, and the front camera? It's still not working.
In the end, I wasted around $100-$200 on transportation, service charges, and replacement parts, plus 12-15 hours of my time, only to have a phone in worse condition than when I started. Now, I’ll have to spend $500-$1000 on a new phone. This shop wasted my time and money and left me with nothing but frustration.

So grateful for the staff at batteries plus. Dealership (Toyota) wanted over 400.00 to make a spare key, batteries plus 130.00. The staff was a life saver! Thank you so much!

David and his store associates assessed our phone and determined that the battery would need to be replaced. We left the phone for several hours and received a call that the battery replacement was successful but that the screen would not turn on. They let us our total was $40 for service labor and that we could pick up the phone WITH the new battery. We then received a second call which stated that the price was now $90 to pick up our phone WITH the battery replacement. A 3rd option was then presented to correct the previous phone call which stated “the battery replacement had been competed and would cost $40”. It was shared that it was now $40 to pick the phone up WITHOUT a new battery. The entire ordeal was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. This brand represents better service and commitment to excellence than we received today. This was handled extremely poorly by the staff at this location and there was no manager present.
We will be contacting corporate to share this mishandling of this battery replacement and constant changing of pricing.

Everyone here was friendly and helpful. Dealership wanted $350.00 for new Fobik key fob for my Jeep Cherokee, was able to get 3rd party fob from amazon and Batteries Plus helped me to get it programmed for $75. Was nervous about ordering a key fob from amazon, but it worked out. They do offer key fobs and programming still less than dealerships and will definitely go back should I have any issues in the future. Great team this location has.

Great place for phone repair, same day service and great pricing.Also great for any battery needs you might have. This Richardson location on Coit Rd is the go to store for knowledgeable employees eager to please.

Have been visiting and purchasing from this location since the year 2021 and always felt extremely happy to interact with them.
Recently I placed an order online - for a BCI group 27F X2 Power AGM battery for my Lexus SUV.
No sooner than I completed my order, David an associate from this store called me back, and enthusiastically reassured me about the order process and stated that this was a special-order item and indicated the time frame when the order would be fulfilled. I was pleasantly surprised at the proactive response.
Had requested a battery with a recent manufacturing date and David said he would take care of that.
David and the owner Sudeendra took extra care to ensure that I got a fresh battery and, after the battery arrived, informed me promptly.
It may just be a battery swap, but the care, diligence, attention to detail and meticulous manner in which the process was completed by David and, helped by another associate Jon was outstanding!
I was very insistent that my SUV’s electronic settings were in no way disturbed and the staff were extremely responsive to ensure a timely and quality installation. WOW!!
This store excels in meeting and exceeding the expectations of customers with great aplomb. They treat all their customers with respect and strive to provide outstanding service. Something of a rarity in the present times.
A culture of excellence permeates every aspect of this small business entity.
Kudos to the business owner and the friendly staff – who by their endearing conduct ensure that even first-time visitors become repeat customers.

Great group of men there. Sudeendra, the owner helped me with the programming and key cut for my 2nd key fob. He was very thorough in ensuring it was done correctly, which I appreciated. Great care was taken. That’s hard to find these days. Jon and David were friendly while I waited. Would highly recommend

Associates Jon and David deserve more than 5 stars. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. We needed help with a hard to find light bulb for a desk lamp. The associates looked through the stores inventory and went online trying several options before finding the exact bulb we needed. Both associates were very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and beyond patient. We didn’t spend a-lot of money at this location today, but was treated as if we had. Both associates rolled out the “red carpet” for us and it was greatly appreciated! It’s hard to believe that this level of customer service even exists.(Especially now days). We will definitely return to this location in the near future and recommend it to anyone in need of light bulbs or batteries.
