Well after a second attempt of trying to pick my clothes since turned away Saturday due to store attempting to close 10 minutes early, I get the same treatment with an attempt to close 30 minutes early. Demanded my clothes. Thx but no thx

Avoid at all costs! This place WAS the best around. The elderly couple who owned and operated it recently sold to someone else, who is driving it into the ground. They can’t keep their tickets straight. They lose your garments, then allege it was never lost in the first place and was a mistake.
The worst right now is the false advertising. They have a sign up that all the work is in house. This is a lie. They send your clothes out to be laundered, dry cleaned and also if any buttons need to be reattached.
The old business was all in house, and the new business is lying that they are continuing the same practices. Avoid them at all costs until someone reputable takes over again.

I have been using this cleaners for 10+ years never had an issue until ownership was changed. I spent a couple hundred dollars at this in the last few months all I ask was that my clothes was done correctly and they have not I have to give credit to the one young man that got it right I spoke with the ship earlier this week. He reassured me that my clothes would be done correctly and they were not, I was puzzled when I was told the clothes was being sent out to be folded. I didn’t ask for that type of service wanted my shirts folded over the hanger so that I didn’t have the hanger silhouette going through the sleeves. he told me the same people working in the back that does the cleaning but yet they cannot get it right my last order of clothing set at the cleaners for two weeks. I went there three times and they were not done correctly. this is not to hurt your business, because I never have a problem with my pants or jeans, but my shirts are not done correctly at all. I will provide pictures you can see on the tag where it says folded and hung as you can see they’re not done correctly. I’m going to provide another picture on the way I asked for it to be done. Ownership I read most of your replies and I’m sure everybody’s not getting it wrong. My clothes was not damaged. I spent a lot of money on my clothes like one of your other clients and this is unacceptable. I do not mind talking to you guys in person. I did to one of the owners earlier this week please get with your staff, and get this problem fixed ASAP. You guys know how to contact me my number is in your system. Again, this is not to put shame or your business, but make you all aware of what’s going on. Thank you.

This drycleaner has gone downhill the last few months. There used to be an older gentleman who ran it, and since he left, we've had nothing but problems. They've entered my husbands name wrong, and they lost a custom dress shirt for a few weeks. They told us they would call if the found it. Never called so we went by today and after searching for 15 minutes they found my husbands shirt. Would suggest you take your clothes elsewhere

Very very disappointed especially for what you pay. I have been coming for about 3 months and I brought in 9 items, two with belts and both that came in with belts came back without. Spoke to them on several occasions supposed to get call back. Same song and dance every time I spoke with them. $200 pair of pants and $100 dress both missing the belt. When I just picked up my last drop off it has now been nearly two weeks with no answer I demanded an answer and as an owner of two companies I would have fired the girl working the desk.. Highly disappointed and I know this is not the first time .

This Dry Cleaner is hands down the best in town, and let me tell you why. Their services are on another level – from drop-off to pickup, everything runs like clockwork. But what really sets them apart is their unparalleled quality and attention to detail. Seriously, I’ve never seen my clothes come back looking this good from any other dry cleaner.
I’ve tried a few places around town, but nothing even comes close to the level of care Barton and Howell provides. They treat each garment like it’s their own, and it truly shows in the results. Stains vanish, fabrics feel fresh, and everything comes back smelling amazing.
Plus, the team at Barton and Howell is just fantastic. They’re friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about making sure you’re satisfied with their service. And let me give a special shoutout to Benjamin, the guy who helped me out. His expertise and attention to detail really made the experience even better.

Protect your clothes, and DO NOT USE Barton & Howell Dry Cleaner. I have spent $300+ on dry cleaning in the last month or so, which equates to about 50 items. They destroyed two shirts that had only been worn once each, and the owner refused to work with me on making amends for which his company destroyed. These items were brand new and had no issues before taking them to the dry cleaner. When I picked them up, not only did they have a hard time finding my clothes because they incorrectly put them in their computer, but they also put a hole in one shirt on the shoulder and a stain on the front of another shirt. I returned the shirt with the stain, thinking they could fix it, but then they BLEACHED it, leaving a white spot where it once was. See pics for more details on the damage. Once this happened, the clerk suggested that I talk to the owner, which took over a week for him to reach out to me while I followed up with them persistently. He even mentioned that he works in corporate America and wants to provide “the best possible customer service,” which could not be further from the truth. The clerk said this had happened before, and another person was in the shop while I was who had their pants messed up when they were supposed to be altered. Clearly, this is a common issue with this establishment. Upon talking to the owner, he made it clear that he does not hold himself responsible for the care of the clothes that he is cleaning, and he will not provide any compensation to make you whole if you have a problem; the only thing that he was willing to do was to give me credit towards future dry cleaning where I am sure they will mess up even more clothes. This business does not understand how to work with customers and take ownership of their own faults. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this business.

Quick and great experience. Needed to have a quick turn around for dress and suit, it was done properly and promptly. I would recommend going there for your delicate items.
