This is by far the worst customer service or shall I say no customer service. I made an appointment to see Anthony C. When I arrived at the branch 10 minutes went by before someone acknowledged I was there. At that point I was told that’s Anthony no longer is employed there. This is so frustrating.

Lack Professionalism. The front desk person skip the line and told the cashier to complete other person’s transaction.

I had a very positive experience opening a new account. As an international student I was worried it would be an arduous process but the whole thing took less than 30 minutes. I was helped by Matthew who was friendly and attentive. In the end, all I really needed was my student card and passport (and not the file full of documents I arrived with). If you're an international student finding it difficult to pay tuition from your local bank, I would suggest doing yourself a favour and opening an account near your school. I was able to use my account pretty much the same day. The physical card took about two business days to get to me but I had access to the online banking facility from the moment I left the bank. Still surprised by how easy it was honestly. I even got a whole bunch of goodies and advice on what to do once I started working on campus. All in all, would recommend this branch for new international students.

Not bad, not super fast but helpful staff and considerate of my time. It's a pain the in the butt going to the bank and they made it as fast as it could have been all things considered.

I use a military bank for all of my banking needs. Whenever I need a decent size withdraw prior to a vacation, I pop in any major bank location and utilize the "cash advance" option with my debit card which has a larger max amount than an ATM machine. I have done this for the last 10 years or so, never once having an issue as you have to present your debit card and drivers license for these transactions and enter your pin. I came in here today to do just that and the teller was very reluctant to do so, I believe she was new. She asked another teller if she could do it, he was obviously new because he didn't appear to know what it was. He went back to ask what I was led to believe was a manager. He walked from back and I could tell was very reluctant to make this happen for me and he approached. He looked at me, looked at my debit card and said "sorry, the card isn't signed." The lack of card signature is for obvious security reasons on my part and has never been an issue with any other bank as I am providing my drivers license as well. I asked him about the banks policy for approving cash advances and he said they didn't have one but could deny doing one for any reason. I thought this was an interesting policy. If one has a debit card, has a drivers license, can provide the PIN number for said debit card, the bank allows said cash advance to go through, this branch can still deny allowing you a cash advance? I'm not sure if the training at this branch is up to par but it seemed as if they were looking for any reason to deny me doing a cash advance. I logged into my bank account, increased my daily limit and withdrew money that way, even though it didn't dispense the denominations I wanted. On a positive note, the manager did provide me an envelope (free of charge) for the money that I withdrew. Thank you!

I had a horrible experience today redeeming a paper IBond at the branch. The teller gave me less than 50%of the true value. After being told she got it wrong, the teller was super dmissive, first using some reasons that theoretically were completely wrong, and then asking me to call Treasury direct for explanation. Even the manager obviously didn't know what he was supposed to know. I had to show him google search results to convince them wrong. After correcting the mistake, no apology was issued, no explanation was offered, as if it was business as usual. A five min transaction turned into a one hour back and forth and meaningless waiting. Can't imagine what would happen if the customer is not as finance savy as I am. My guess the customer will be shortened.

The bank manager at this location, Asghar Khan is by far the most condescending and rude bank employee I have ever experienced. I came in for a simple transaction and was talked down to in a manner that was extremely uncalled for. I also witnessed another employee being extremely dismissive and rude to another customer because she could not speak english. I was considering moving my accounts to BofA, but I will tell you. This experience with this manager has definitely changed that. And for upper level management reading this. Kindness, respect and positive customer service needs to be taught to this manager. He has no business working with people.

I have visited this branch twice for opening an account and to get a credit card, the staff & the relationship manager(s) are very welcoming.Banking and education are probably the two most important levers that drive the economy, rightfully so I chose to get an account opened with Bank of America. BofA actually saved the small businesses while the Waltons were taking away business from the smaller retailers so the trust factor played prime on me.Special thanks to Mr. Zeeshan Siddique, he's the best there is, additionally he works in tandem with an Indian organization at the UTD called ISA so it's really a swift process to get an account opened with BofA.

There is always few tellers working and a line. You've closed almost all of your drive up windows. People are always waiting, but great job though.

Horrible experience with Manager “Oscar” looking at previous complaints, it’s not hard to see where and why this branch falls short of other branches.Being told I can’t make my deposits because there might be a line, and smugly telling me because I deposit with a certain bag I can’t deposit at this branch? I even suggested using a trash bag instead of the deposit bag, and he said that would be fine. Ridiculous. Rather than starting the process to deposit, he wanted to argue and tell me to do a night drop. Your manager was argumentative, smug, and condescending. I have made several deposits at several other branches, and never have I been given grief like this. Never returning. Like I said, previous complaints show this branch is failing because of a manager issue.

Horrible service. Long lines. Only one teller working. All the others employees just talking. I had to wait 45 minutes.

Why have multiple employees if only one person is going to work. I waited in line for 45 min customer service is horrible. Thinking of changing banks. This is very unacceptable.

Super poor customer service. 6 people waiting in line and nobody to help the ONE teller. A guy sitting up front like a bump on a log. I asked if there was anyone to help and he said no. So there is nobody in charge to help with the over flow? I find that hard to believe. Poorly scheduled or poorly run it's one of the two.

The bank said that there would be no charge for a safe deposit box as long as I kept a certain balance in my checking account. I did, but they billed me $75 plus a $10 late fee. I couldn't reach them on the phone so I went to the bank. They couldn't or wouldn't help me but they finally agreed to call their billing department. They held for half an hour and could not reach a person either. Now they are probably going to report this "past due" amount to the credit agencies.
