I am not the person to leave a review to a bank branch but Ashtin was super helpful especially since she helped me with an application which another agent in another branch said was impossible. She was a pleasure to work with! Despite me messing up with the dates and going a day early, she was still able to fit me into her schedule. I am really grateful! Merci Ashtin!

I would give zero stars if I could because of Ashtin. She said some ignorant remarks about my culture. She also kept making comments about my t-shirt. One comment is fine but to keep talking is a sign of harassment. To top it off, she “forgot” to give my license back. She knew I had a flight the next day and I felt like she purposefully tried to sabotage me. I went back in and she had the nerve to say “that would have been bad.” Absolutely disgusting individual. Avoid this branch if you can.

Today I opened bank account and it was great experience with Ashtin, she’s very helpful and she explained very well and process went smoothly, she did great job and deserve five star.

No one knows how to answer phones it seems this is the 5th place I've called amd called here 2x ...perhaps it's time to find a new bank

Ashtin!! These stars are for her and only her! She was very quick, pleasant, and very professional. She handled my Dad's issue and was able to resolve the issue we had with no issue or delay. This branch needs more Ashtin's!! Now my Father and I can enjoy the holiday..she relieved a big stress so effortlessly. I can't thank her enough. My father also was so appreciative of her quickness and pleasant manner.

The manager name Christopher Driscoll. He doesn’t now what the inf to help the people when I asked him about my paperwork about the check to make it cashed. And he gave me wrong information and he refused to finish my transaction. And he was to hard when he talked to me. Anyway I will change my bank account and move to different bank. Bank of America was good. I not talk about this location. The Rowlett location at 66 hywy same problems they don’t know how can help the costumer and each Bank of America they have different inf then other places.

I requested assistance with a wire and was told to do it myself online. I've been a client for over a decade with personal and business accounts. Hopefully this review helps Bank of America improve their service

Check bounced for no reason. No new cards get sent to me when my debit expired I had to order a new one. I've had problems with bank of america before. Not impressed with the service.
