The worst experience ever. They are unable to keep appointments, they have no respect for peoples schedule or life. It is unfortunate that I will have to keep this account for right now, because this is an inherited account.

DO NOT USE ATMS AT THIS LOCATION! I had one eat nearly $2000 without dispensing a receipt. I filed a claim with BoA and that was recently resolved. Today, I go to a different machine at the same location to make a deposit (I had groceries in the car so I couldn't run in) and this machine ate $1000 without a receipt. Now I've had to file a second claim and my money won't be in my account until tomorrow. I've been depositing via ATM for years without occurrence. This location obviously doesn't take care of their machines. Absolutely ridiculous. Seriously rethinking BoA because of this and I've been with them for nearly 20 years.

Friday, lunch hour and they have 1 teller working the desk. The last 3 transactions have been 'over her limit' requiring manager sign-off. There is only 1 manager - who has been on the phone; so 3 ppl are standing around waiting and the line continues to grow. Shame on you BoA for a poor staffing strategy. Why 2 stars versus 1? The teller (Sylvia) was super, super pleasant and apologetic. Excellent customer service skills.

As bad as Bank of America has become in lack of customer service, this branch takes it to a new low. There is only ONE teller working the long line of customers waiting. Always just one. The manager stands around doing nothing other than telling those in line they can use the electronic teller for deposits and withdrawals. No human is physically present for even a single drive-thru lane. And the place is grungy with carpet so dirty you can't tell what the original color must have been. My wife and I decided to part ways with BofA this week; good riddance to this branch above all others.

Understaffed. Make an appointment if you want any kind of service inside the building.
