“Just wanted to put in my experience with these guys after I saw all the great reviews. I definitely agree with the good reviews. I had just bought a new vehicle not too long ago and was experiencing some exhaust issues. Tovi told me what was wrong and actually came out and worked on my car himself. Took him about 30 to 45 minutes to get the job done and I haven't had any problems since. I also not too recently took it to him to have my motor mounts replaced. My vehicles engine was vibrating terribly in the engine bay and it felt like it was going to break down any day. He recommended that I replace all 4 mounts and now my car is running like a brand new vehicle. Gave me a great price and it also only took the mechanic about an hour to do the job. Tovi is great. I highly recommend him. If you are having problems with your vehicle he is the one to bring it to.”

“I was told by Autozone that my car's error code meant my catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Quality First thought maybe that wasn't quite right and recommended a full diagnostic to pinpoint the issue. I'm so thrilled they did! It was actually a sensor which was a repair that was hundreds of dollars less. They not only explained what the issue was and how it should function, they also sent me with some paperwork explaining this as well. When I got my car back the next day, I was able to get it inspected without issues. I will definitely be consulting them first when my car has an issue in the future.”

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Christensen Tire and Automotive on E Belt Line Rd in Richardson. From the very first phone call, I knew I was in great hands. Hailey at the front desk told me, “We can get your thermostat ordered, fixed, and back to you the same day,” and they delivered exactly that.
The entire team was efficient, friendly, and incredibly professional. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and the level of communication and care really stood out. It’s hard to find good, trustworthy independent car service these days, and Christensen is the real deal.
I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on. If you need any work done, stop in—Z and Hailey will make sure you’re taken care of and completely happy. Highly recommended!”

“High 5 tires, Been going there for years. They pretty much only do tires and inspection.
New and lots of great used tires.
Very honest and great group of guys.
Used larger SUV type tires are about $45 each mounted. A lot cheaper than buying new.
Because they dont do other mechanical repairs, they dont have any reason or incentive to push any other repairs.
If you fail inspection, Go get it fixed then come back.
I was never asked to pay for inspection till it passed.
TPMS tire pressure lights, and AC function is not required for inspection. Check engine light must be off, and OBDII emission monitors must be "Ready".

“Fantastic customer service and work on my Ford hybrid. It needed both headlights replaced which, with this car, required removal of the front bumper (thanks Ford)!. Pictures were provided and quotes presented all along the scoping out of the issues & before repairs were completed. The AC wasn't working so that was another issue we worked through together. They called me & sent pictures about what they found & the required parts to fix it. I told them to go ahead; they secured the parts and got the AC back working! This family run shop is transparent, honest, and above all very auto knowledgeable. I've done business with NORTHRICH AUTOMOTIVE and Alex (owner) for 25+ years & honestly will never take my car anywhere else. They also have access to transportation to/fm NORTHRICH when I need it. Believe me, I've got 3 grown children now & at one time we were a 5 car family & we utilized Alex & company a lot more then than now but the service hasn't changed, it's gotten better, especially with Rochelle handling the front office!”
