“I took my car in to get my AC checked, and I chose this place based on the stellar reviews. Sadly, my entire AC system was shot. It’s an old car, and it was probably due for something like this. The review is for the amazing service. Amy really broke down what was going on with my car, and kept me updated on the repair. What makes this a five star experience is just the way that the whole thing was handled. She could see that I was pretty upset about the situation, and she showed real empathy about it. That’s not something you find places these days. They will have our business for all of our car needs going forward.”

“High 5 tires, Been going there for years. They pretty much only do tires and inspection.
New and lots of great used tires.
Very honest and great group of guys.
Used larger SUV type tires are about $45 each mounted. A lot cheaper than buying new.
Because they dont do other mechanical repairs, they dont have any reason or incentive to push any other repairs.
If you fail inspection, Go get it fixed then come back.
I was never asked to pay for inspection till it passed.
TPMS tire pressure lights, and AC function is not required for inspection. Check engine light must be off, and OBDII emission monitors must be "Ready".

“THE BEST AUTO MECHANIC SHOP EVER. I discovered Hi Five many years ago when I stopped in on for an oil change on a whim. It was the FIRST time EVER that at the end of my oil change I was NOT approached by the mechanic to explain to me about air filters and other add ons. That sealed it for me. I have used Hi Five ever since for all numbers of services and have recommended them to everyone. They have never jerked me nor my friends/family around. They're honest, work quickly, the pricing is so reasonable, they communicate well, and they only address the necessary issues. I have even brought them parts I bought online and asked them to use that part during service. Some of the times, they are able to differently diagnose the problem, properly fix it for cheaper than I planned, and gave me the opportunity to return my unneeded parts.
Word of advice: just be humble, friendly, give them your trust, and they will take THE BEST care of you and your car.

“Recently during a drive from Dallas to Houston I had the misfortune of running over/into a mini-fridge that had fallen from someone's trailer. It damaged the front end of my BMW Alpina B7. The damage was significant requiring not only the replacement if the bumper and spoiler but also needing some paint and body repairs.I brought the car to Central Collision based on the good reviews and reports I had heard thru a friend. I am extremely particular and picky with this rare car even though it is 13 years old. I have to say the repairs not only met my exacting standards but exceeded them. The car looks better than before the accident and I could not be more pleased. Central Collision will keep you up to speed on any and all communications with the Insurance company should that be your situation and they will not cut corners merely for expediency. Parts were hard to find but Lance (the owner) took the extra time and effort to locate OEM parts that had to come directly from the manufacturer in Germany. Most repair shops would simply find a used part or a part from the aftermarket and most customers would not know the difference. Not here..........if you care about your car and you care about it looking the same or better than before the accident, this is your place.”

“I had my son's Volkswagon CC transmission rebuilt at A1. They did a great job. It has been a few months and just getting around to getting to this. We had a small leak after repair and they did a free smoke test to determine issue. It was actually just an ancillary drip that cleared up after a few days, but the attention to ensuring the job was done right was awesome. Great guys to deal with, highly recommend.”

“Fantastic customer service and work on my Ford hybrid. It needed both headlights replaced which, with this car, required removal of the front bumper (thanks Ford)!. Pictures were provided and quotes presented all along the scoping out of the issues & before repairs were completed. The AC wasn't working so that was another issue we worked through together. They called me & sent pictures about what they found & the required parts to fix it. I told them to go ahead; they secured the parts and got the AC back working! This family run shop is transparent, honest, and above all very auto knowledgeable. I've done business with NORTHRICH AUTOMOTIVE and Alex (owner) for 25+ years & honestly will never take my car anywhere else. They also have access to transportation to/fm NORTHRICH when I need it. Believe me, I've got 3 grown children now & at one time we were a 5 car family & we utilized Alex & company a lot more then than now but the service hasn't changed, it's gotten better, especially with Rochelle handling the front office!”

“Honest Mechanic! I know. I know. Sounds like an oxymoron. But these guys have tremendous integrity. I was convinced my alternator was out, and was dreading the bill. Turns out it was the battery. Which was under warranty. So they took it to Autozone for me and swapped it out! They could have easily blamed the alternator and gouged me. And I wouldn’t have had a clue.
Highly recommend these guys, and solely on the fact that they can be trusted. I expect that they’re also awesome mechanics! ? I’ll find out next time.”

“this place is as good as any, but the people here are very friendly and comprehensive. i've had my car fixed there several times, My car is an O2 Jaguar. I also have a 98 ranger. I either let Them fix it or sometimes I'll tell them what I want them to do to it. I can't say I don't have to sign a waiver if it's something that I want them to do to do. but they sure will do it. And they do it right . I haven't tried to act like an overbearing type of customer yet. I hope I never do with them. I like it when there's nobody there and you can be almost the first person in line. But that doesn't happen often. Oscar and Omar seem to run the place, along with the mechanics. I love him so much.”

“My son & I were talking about the various cars we've owned, and it brought back memories of the years 1977 - 1980, and a '69 Camaro I had as a teen. It started as a big block 396, and ended up as a big block 427. By far my favorite car, and Pitcock Automotive made it all possible with a couple of different engine builds! I was only 16 yrs old when I purchased the car... and I had no business owning it. It was way to fast. I broke engines & Bob Sr and his son's, Bob & Steve, kept fixing it. “I have taken my car at Kwik Kar shop in 400 N. Central Expwy, Richardson. I did state inspection and power steering fluid exchange. The service was completed within 30 to 40 minutes. I checked the price of their high end tune up service and it is between $400 to $500. On other shops that I checked on for high end tune up service is about $700.I recommend this shop to anyone. Sagar is the one who serviced my car and incidentally the owner of the shop.”

“Disaster struck recently when my wife's 2014 Honda Pilot died suddenly. She was able to limp into a parking lot but once the engine shut off it would not start again. Towed it to Northrich and they had it running again quickly by replacing the alternator. Quality work done fast and they didn't break the bank. Very satisfied!”
