I'd advise you not to go here for electrical issues. A car repair for me took 1 month and 1 week. After getting it back the first time from Gustavo, the next day the car failed on me. Gustavo mentioned getting parts from the junkyard, instead of brand new - I would have been happy to pay for new parts. Anyhow, the second time I got my car back it failed during rush hour traffic within the same hour I got the car back from Gustavo, putting myself and my family at risk. I think if you're going to take a job it should be thorough and not haphazard like I experienced. Please, do yourself a favor and consider another electrical mechanic. Furthermore, as someone that "guarantees" their work, I can tell you from my experience that work is not guaranteed. He'll happily take your money and not refund it, and will ignore your calls.

If I could give less than one star I would. Do not. I repeat DO NOT use this "shop" Luis "helped" me on an insurance claim by lowering the labor fees to make sure that the cost to repair was less than 75% of the value of my car. And I trusted that he was going to help me and take care of me and my car. Boy was I wrong. I didn't get my car for over a month after he received the check from my insurance company. When I got the car back, I immediately noticed issues. The front turn signal didn't work (damage was to front of car), and the car was overheating. I took the car to another mechanic to have it looked over. Turns out he didn't replace the radiator and radiator fan on the car. Which were laid out in the break down of the cost to repair. The same radiator and fan are still in the car from the wreck. So I was charged for parts and labor that he never performed. When I tried to bring this issue up with Luis. He ignored multiple calls and text messages. So I tried going by his "office" and no one answered. Then I went to the shop where I picked up my car. Turns out he paid a couple of mechanics from a different shop under the table to fix my car. He doesn't have his own shop or space to fix cars. No one from this shop even knew who he was. Only the 3 guys he "hired" to fix the car knew him. They couldn't get ahold of Luis either. At this point I felt like I had been stolen from. So i messaged him and said I was going to call the police and file with the BBB. Still no answer. I went by his office one more time. And this time he answered the door. He kept claiming he replaced the radiator. And got angry and rude with me and my grandmother. We told him the car was not drivable with out risking damage to the rest of the engine. And he reluctantly asked for the address where he would need the tow to pick up. When he checked his phone after that. He saw my last message about police and BBB and proceeded to kick us out of his building. At this point I requested for the 2 parts I had purchased for my car. Again. Ignored calls and texts. I have filed with the department of insurance for fraud as well as the BBB and will be perusing legal actions agains him. Again. Don't use this so called "shop"

I was so glad I chose this body shop to repair recent hail damage to my car. I read through all the reviews and that's how I determined I would go through Auto General Collision. Luis was very easy to work with and answered every time I called for updates on my car. I picked up my car yesterday and it looks as good as new. I recommend Luis and Auto General Collision for anyone needing any body work done on their vehicles. I hope I don't have to have work done on my car again any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely bring my car back to this body shop.
