Everyone at ARAC has been so friendly, and they have been able to make appointments for my dogs as new patients the same week that I call. I like that they do the checkout and payment process in the room. So much easier than trying to manage a dog on a leash while paying in the lobby!

Very caring staff. I recently had to put down a pet and they were so kind and helpful a to my options whether it be with them or not. I trust this clinic with my pets!

My dog Gus has a habit of rolling in the grass and over the weekend he rolled in something that bit him. Since Monday was a holiday I called the clinic Sunday night and left them a voice message. With Monday being a holiday, I kept an eye on him very closely. Tuesday morning I took off for the vet's office from Fort Worth to Richardson without even knowing if they would see me or not. I got a call back from the receptionist at 10 minutes to 8:00 and she set up an appointment for 9:20. We got there early and they took care of him wonderfully and he's feeling a lot better. Even though Gus tried to leave when he realized we were at the vet's office. You guys always take good care of him that's why I don't mind coming from Fort Worth to Richardson to get him treated by y'all.

Dr. Sperry and staff are always kind and considerate of the clients and their pets. Dr. Sperry has a calm patience about him and he’s a good teacher so the client fully understands any situation that might come up. I’ve been going to this place since 1991, and I will continue to do so in the future.

Best place I’ve taken a pet to by far. I took my cat Pixie to get spayed here. She is insanely energetic to the point eyes popping out ears folding back its playtime. The surgery was performed so well that it was like she never had even gotten one. There was no pain at all for her. It can’t always be like that for every cat but you could tell how clean and well done the operation was. They went old school with regular sutures on the outside and dissolving on the inside. It’s actually better than the glue due to unwanted chemicals and better for strength as a posed to dissolving on the outside. Which brings me to my next point in which my cat is a complete spaz. I did everything I could but it was so hard to keep her from running around. If had been one of the previously placed ice she would have opened it back up and would have been a nightmare. So she did get a bump playing too much but they let me bring her in without an appointment immediately to make it wasn’t serious. I was given antibiotics just in case an infection could be brewing and everything I needed. There are cheaper options but if you can afford it TAKE YOUR PET HERE. This same clinic has been here in the same spot longer than I’ve been alive and I’m in my 40’s. The original owner passed it on to somebody they could and it still has the same standards. I know because everyone in town knew about this clinic and you walk by when you go to the pool as a kid. One last thing though… If you have any doubt about your cat being too “hyper” then ORDER THE BODYSUIT before you go. They have post surgical bodysuits you can order instead of the e-collar. Every clinic only has the e-collar and every local pet shop doesn’t have anything better. It’s probably because not every cat is a total schizoid like some of ours.

Pixie has completely healed and the end result turned out absolutely perfect.

Our dog Murphy always has the best experience at Arapaho road animal clinic. Dr sperry and the whole front office staff make sure you have a great experience are always really helpful. We know our fur baby is in good hands here.
