Doesn't honor GoodRX, despite me finding them off the site. They wanted double the cost for my prescription and they're super slow. Was sent around noon, I waited until 5 pm to call. Despite having several hours to fill it, they told me it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Opted for an online pharmacy for convenience and price.

Despite only being able to serve Richardson residents, this pharmacy has a retro feel and very kind people who work very hard. They are very compassionate, and they do their best so that you can get what you need asap. The music that plays while I'm on hold is kind a cheesy groove, but honestly, it takes me back in a good way. Rock on, Arapaho Pharmacy!

A few procedural challenges. I get a call saying they don't have the meds after receiving my prescription. I go in they verify they do actually have the meds. This seems really baked in as our process. Like alot of things in this world, I'm deciding to call this quirky and leaving it at that.

Been working in richardson for over 10 years and got told my prescription would not be filled out of nowhere because you have to live within richardson. First I called and explained and they informed me they would continue filling out my prescriptions then suddenly changed their mind weeks later and said they where sticking to only serving richardson residents. So unless you have a home in richardson you will have to go elsewhere.

What was once reliable is now not. Really disappointing.

I started going to this pharmacy several months ago when there was a shortage on my medication. They were extremely helpful and appreciated the customer service. When I called to see if my prescription was ready, they informed me they would no longer fill my medication. The person I spoke with seemed annoyed and did not make it clear why I could not longer be a customer. No apology for not letting me know they would no longer fill my medication. I was confused and felt judged. After calling another pharmacy, they explained the circumstances, and now understand why this was happening. Wish they could have been more compassionate and communicative about the situation.

Won’t be using this pharmacy anymore. Despite it’s interesting vintage look, front desk staff are not neighborly and prices for common pediatric medicines are incredibly high. They also don’t take Good Rx. I paid literally twice the price I had recently paid at other pharmacies for the same meds. My mistake was buying it before I looked closer. They’ll only get the chance to fool me once.

When your kid is sick, is late on Saturday and before you reach the pharmacy you get a call from them saying, we got this prescription from your doc, we are about to close but we will wait for you. That is great service.

If you are looking for a compounding pharmacy that is reliable and will fill your prescriptions in a timely manner don't use this one. I called in for my refill on May 26th. It was supposed to be ready on May 29th or 30th. I did not get a call that the prescription was ready so I stopped in on Sat. June 3rd to check on it. It has not been filled. Unfortunately this is not unusual occurrence for the compounding pharmacy. It is time to look for another compounding pharmacy to do business with.

It is a small business that offers competitive prices. They are always nice. Highly recommended.

Used to go to CVS for meds and it was always a disaster. Then when I got kids who got sick I realised I wanted to try a pharmacy that knew what the hell it was doing. Never turned back once I started going here. I had a regular prescription they always keep me posted on filing and communicate well with every doctor I've ever had, including my kids. Theres always parking out front and no lines so I can run in and out quickly with no issues.

I have been a patient here for five years. I have 7 medications that I have to keep track of and have a degenerative autoimmune/ neurological disease. The lack of empathy and their descisions to act as the doctor have sadly sadly done me in. It seems they don’t look at patients other then statistics. I hate to leave because I am a small business and supporting small businesses is very important.I was actually once accused on faxing in a refill from the doctor, which is absurd. To their credit, they apologized after. They don’t care about your disease or you. We have had the same go around over and over, and yet they feel my health is less important then the doctors opinions. If a doctor calls in a new prescription, which for certain medications is a requirement, they then come back with that’s not good enough. If you have chronic condition that accompanies a large differ of pain and medication changes, this is not the place for you.
