The person who asserted me was crazy and lude. He could offer guidance on prices, and was scary hucked up. Once my partner Samuel established they had faucets within the $40 range, the person ran to the back, got in his car, and drove to places unknown.

The man who helped me was lazy and rude. He could not offer any guidance or prices, and was very stuck up. Once we establish they had faucets within the $400 range, I looked around the store and Asked if any of those are within my price range he was very reluctant to help and snooty. He then changed and said they were within the 1000 dollar range… which would have saved us both time if he just said that from the start. He was annoyed I wanted help. Super necessary and unhelpful.

4 months waiting on orders is ridiculous. I switch ordered 4 weeks ago still another week to 10 days ordered online ships today arrive tomorrow.1 Star only.

My husband and I were working on trying to fix a local restaurants plumbing. Dirrick and Spencer at the customer service desk helped us troubleshoot the parts that we needed quickly and were very patient and knowledgeable in what we needed. Lauri Wells at Apex in Richardson was the sales associate that helped me with my order. She helped me pick out the perfect tub, faucets, shower system and toilet for my bathroom remodel project. She made sure that I purchased all the parts necessary and it made the project go smoothly. My bathrooms were nearly complete and we had an issue today with the toilet install and it was resolved by texting the Apex main phone number with an explanation of our issue. Spenser text us right back and sent us an instruction sheet. We sent Spenser pictures and he ended up calling us to tell us what we needed to do and the problem was solved! I will definitely use Apex again because their customer service is top notch!

Apex has always been a good resource for unique plumbing components. A metal clad chrome shower hose I purchased there 5 or so years ago was now half as long and almost $60. Five years ago HD didn't carry these hoses. Now they do in the 59" range for $23. For those unique components Apex is still one of my gotos.

I am a designer and I have always worked with Lauri Wells at Apex Supply. She is by far, the BEST!!! She is knowledgable, friendly and very efficient. She knows her plumbing inside and out and is very responsive with getting back to you with quotes, updated information on product availability, pricing and any delays that may occur in shipping. I would highly recommend her for all of your plumbing needs. I can't say enough good things about her. Plus, she is always pleasant and friendly even when we are facing product delays outside the control of Apex due to the Pandemic or factory slowdowns.
