Ampex Brands refuses to be transparent about Au Bon Pain's promise to end cages globally. This promise has been made but not enacted! End cages, be humane, utilize the success of your company to better the world with animal kindness.

ℹ️ The 2023 Restaurant Report has exposed Inspire Brands for failing to report global progress on its cage-free egg commitment. Inspire Brands (parent company to brands such as Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins), is not inspiring any hope when it refuses to be transparent with its customers and continues to support horrific animal abuse.

Ampex Brands refuses to be transparent about Au Bon Pain's promise to end cages globally! I can't support a company that hides information from its customers and continues to support animals being held in cruel and outdated conditions.

It is sad that Ampex is failing to report on thier commitment to end the use of battery cages in thier supply chain. These cages are both cruel and also a health concern, spreading salmonella as well as other desieses between domestic and wild bird populations.

Ampex Brands, I tried calling your Au Bon Pain support line regarding your progress towards going 100% cage-free with the eggs you use. Unfortunately, I could not reach anyone and you have so far not reported on your progress, which gives the appearance of backtracking on your commitment. Please report on your progress and decrease the suffering of animals in your supply chain.

This company made the commitment to go cage-free. Many of its competitors already have, but they are failing to report progress on that issue. Au Bon Pain, when are you turning away from that form of animal cruelty? When are you finally meeting the promises you made to your customers? I want to ask you to be honest with your customers concerning the promise you made.

**Notice, this review has nothing to do with the personnel working at this location but has everything to do with the practices of the corporation.Au Bon Pain did a public relations move by announcing their commitment to go completely cage-free with the chickens in their egg supply chains. They now are failing to be transparent with their progress by not using third-party verification and publicly sharing the results. When a company does these things they deceive customers because the average customer thinks the company is following through with their Animal welfare commitment. Customers then feel better about patronizing, all the while, the animal abuse is still taking place. How would you like it to be stuck in an elevator so stacked with people the amount of room that you have is less than the standard sheet of paper? How long would you last in that environment?Egg laying hens are forced to live in battery cages their entire shortened life span of one and a half years in these tight inhumane cruel conditions, even though chickens can have the lifespan of 8 to 12 years.I highly encourage Au Bon Pain to follow through with their cage-free animal welfare commitment.

The above store leaders do not care about anything but the bottom line. The buildings at kfc in Ohio are either filthy outside from the parking lot, drive thru and front doors. They have one location that is missing the kfc sign. Was told they are to cheap to fix anything when it breaks causing a lot of stress on the crew and managers. Not to mention that managers are working from 60 to 80 hours a week and no support at all from upper management.

Xochitl Armendariz was extremely rude!!! Have never been treated in such a way. She offended me because of my sexual orientation, because of the way I dress and the way I choose to present myself. A company such as Ampex Brands should not be affiliated with Xochitl Armendariz.

Former employee . This is the worst customer service line ever invented. They have important information that you need but nothing but machines pick up the line . Not to mention Pizza Hut employees DO NOT get paid enough. Never work there

For almost a year I worked for a business they owned. I ended up locked out of my account and unable to check my paystubs. In november 2022 i stopped working for the business that ampex brands owned My usps informed delivery notified me January that ampex brands sent tax forms to a strange address. I managed to get ahold of customer service by phone and they sent me digital copies which of course had the strange address on it instead of my mailing address. Then recently they sent more tax forms to that same address. Customer service goes to voice-mail and can't reach anyone. Putting my personal information at risk of identity theft.i contacted thru Facebook and they read but ignored my messages.

I enjoy working at their Pizza Hut locations (I've worked at about 10 different stores) However, as a Shift Manager who POURS EXTREME EFFORT into EACH SHIFT the company seems to struggle to pay at least $15 an hour for Shift Managers.I've been in stores ALONE. I've been in stores, EXTREMELY SHORT STAFFED with aggravated customers. I handle the business yet we get no raises.Ampex needs to pay quality shift managers AT LEAST $16 an hour. There are managers who DEDICATE THEIR TIME TRYING TO DO THE BEST THEY CAN and only get $11 DOLLARS AN HOUR.You guys need to step up. Zalat pays assistant managers $45,000 - $52,000 SALARY !!!! Shift Leaders there get $16~18 AN HOUR.PAY YOUR WORKERS WELL, AND THEY WILL PERFORM EXCEPTIONALLY WELL.

Zero stars! The mesquite location on 80 and Galloway has no AC. The staff in the store said it's been out all summer. RIDICULOUS! I left messages at their office and I'll be contacting corporate and the city of mesquite to make sure this gets fixed or the store is closed. You guys have 400+ stores and your workers are forced to work in these conditions for subsistence wages while you turn a profit. Disgusting!
