The single employee at the Frisco location was able to test multiple cars in a record time while being friendly in the cold. Results for family of 3 we're texted same day PCR. Reliable and FREE.

Took a Covid test on Monday they said it would take 2 to 3 business days to get my results I called ThursdayJanuary 6 and they told me basically the computers are down and only the Houston area.They told me call back tomorrow but I’ve been callingThem straight to voicemail 0/10 would not recommend this place to nobody I never try to put a company or medical center down but I’m really disappointed 16times and went straight to voicemail mail

Horrible service Broadway/Belfort they are putting the wrong info on the paperwork spelling names wrong and then you have a hard time getting the results from the test. This is unexceptable. Just Horrible service.and we still waiting on one more result for my daughter. and the other one they spelled her name wrong. wow.

Was tested for Covid at the Ameri Lewisville site at 9:30 AM. Was told I would have the results not more than 24 hours. By 8:00 PM the following evening I had yet to receive the results. Terrible service.

One of the worst experiences I have had. Nearly 2 hours wait time, regardless of an appointment. The staff at the Richardson location on Spring Valley was more than rude, and is most certainly not suitable to work with people. The most interesting was a preferable service to their friends, who pulled in and out within 5 minutes. Look elsewhere and get the better service that you deserve with COVID tests.

The testing process itself was quick and easy for that I would give 5 stars however the Lewisville location promised results for my husband same day in the evening but we never received. We had to email 3x before we finally got results 72 hours! Kinda a big deal since my husband was positive Covid and I am pregnant so early treatment and quarantine was best for lowest chance of complications. My husband ended up having to go to the ER to get checked because it was Thanksgiving and he was progressively getting worse and nothing was open being a holiday! Thanks Jerks! Such an unorganized testing facility! They also never answer the phone.

I was concerned about not getting my results before Monday after reading reviews, and the recent surge. The response to email is FAST. I got a response to my inquiry within an hour, and after supplying the requested info for my results I got the report within minutes. Do not bother calling..it is best to email them. Hope this review helps.

I would give a zero but it's not possible. Went to one of those cargo container locations in my area to get a COVID test.I was given a phone number to call for results.No one answers, never responds or listens to voicemails for call backs.I truly believe it is a scam and you're better off making an appointment at your nearest drug store (Walgreens or CVS) than to go to these make shift COVID testing areas because it's not reliable.And I don't want an apology from this place. I want to know my results and also hire more people to answer phone calls.What's the point of having business hours when no one answers during those hours.S C A M

We waited for three hours to get tested while others drove up to the lot, cut the line, and were served within minutes. I tried to call the main office for clarification. They did not return my call. On another occasion, my wife and daughter were told (after having waited in line for an hour and a half) that they would not be seen that day because the line was too long. A lady who arrived an hour after my wife was seen and tested. Ridiculous "service."

I went to this site for covid test on jan.24th, 2022 at 4.10 pm , and waited in line ,a lady came out of container after 10 minutes and asked me to park behind a single car in second lane , after another 5 minutes she hand over paper .she took people behind me and tested whereas i kept on waiting behind another car for at least 35 more minutes .finally she picked up her bag and left, after that i came out of my car and talk to a guy who apologized and took test. This is absolutely un ethical and unprofessional , This is my second time at this facility for covid test ,my first experience was totally opposite.
