Received a letter with a CC from Amegy bank stating to call a number to activate my card. I do not have an account with them and never requested this. After four phone calls thinking my information was stolen I was told it is an advertisement to get customers hooked into opening an account. With all the personal information stolen in today's world it would seem they should try different tactics first.

Always a great experience. Excellent bank for small business! Great loan structure for my $2.0M building loan with a 9 month bridge loan for construction renovation. Very helpful & favorable.

I started with Amegy Bank out of ease in Houston. Upon moving back to north Texas I've STAYED with Amegy for the people and service. I drive 20 miles once a week ONE WAY to say hello to my Banking friends at the Richardson location and make my deposits. I have never had a bad experience and they are ALWAYS ready to serve me with a smile. For MY banking needs I have NOT EVER been more happy with a bank. Thank you very much Amegy team Richadson❤☺

Every time I go here during the business hours they have updated and showing online (due to Corona) they are always closed or the place is dark , doors locked and not a soul to be found.

I saw the ratings and was a little hesitant. My experience at this branch has been fantastic so far, several months in after opening my account. The branch manager bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and I felt like she truly cared about me. I would definitely recommend as an alternative to a big bank to serve your personal banking needs.

Arrived at 4:00 after confirming the new hours (due to Corona) stated online. Should really keep things like this updated considering they are a financial Establishment.

Very slow. Tried to make a withdrawal of only $4k but it took 2 employees half an hour to do so. I was the only customer. Employee did not know what to do due to lack of training from management.
