The nail care was fabulous! I love how my mani and pedi look! Be prepared to stay for at least a couple of hours. However, the care and finished product was worth it! I'll go back again!

I have never been to this place before because I had just moved to Dallas. I came in this nail salon and right away me and my friend was saying it would be nice if there was some music in here while we wait to get helped and the lady has an attitude saying she doesn’t like music in her salon. then she didn’t even ask what i wanted to get done so i went up to her and said i would like a refill and then she automatically said we don’t do acrylics and continued to still do her customers nails without giving another option to do or ask if we even wanted to do our toes atleast. overall, this was a terrible experience and i do not recommend you coming here. i was not expecting this because the reviews looked pretty good and that’s why i chose to come here but it was the complete opposite when i got there.

Alice nails has recently gone under new ownership and it is absolutely amazing change. If you are looking for a nail technician that has extreme precision and has amazing focus on detail then I would highly suggest visiting Alice Nails and Spa! Specifically Sally, the owner.

Okay. There was 1 customer asked me my thoughts on her nails, based on the simple coffinly almond shape in the pic she showed her tech. She said she had been shaping up to an hour and still no progress. She still paid before she left unhappy. The tech beside me made jokes about it with her client, however the most hilarious thing.. Her clients nails were long and pointed directly in the air!! (The opposite direction of nail growth) I ended up with the same tech that disappointed the other customer.. My nails were crooked, different sizes and shapes, and the top coat didn't cover the whole nail shop the next day the polish was chipping as well as my toes.. ??
