Bought a starter for my trucks apu. Had a loose piece on it but we tried using it anyway. But after a month it started to have issues working. Had to put zip ties around it to hold it in place so it'll run. I have called numerous times. Receptionist takes my name and # for someone to call me back. No one ever does. I'll never buy another part for my apu from them again. If you want good customer service... you won't buy from them either.

The folks there give you a quality product at a reasonable price usually half what TK charges, the people in the office are professional and very nice. Saving money always helps and they are great for that alone.
