It’s been months now and the Richardson location off Campbell Rd still does not have the local newspaper (Dallas Morning News). But the NYT is available. Why? Also, they have two entrances, before Covid, they were both open. During & after Covid one of the entrances is now locked & barricaded with supplies. Which looks tacky. The one locked from use is easier to access for those in wheelchairs compared to the other entrance. I’m adding to this: I got a response from 7-11 with a link for further information to investigate. The link basically looped me back to my initial post……the store location is at Post Eastside. The door is illegally locked during business hours and bring back our Dallas Morning News.

Not worth the terrible experience you will get after being here. I don't expect a lot from gas stations, but this one was just awful. Cashier will STEAL from you. Count your cash payments.

9:42 am on August 9-2023 who ever the girl working the front was needs to be fired get off your phone and check me out so I can leave , since when were employees allowed to just chill on the phone ? and have full conversations and not check ppl out do YOUR JOB!

The store is not open 24hrs. Fix this schedule. Since they asked me to elaborate. I had someone at work not feeling real good. She asked me to get her ginger ale, I was fine with that. I SPECIFICALLY searched for 24HRS STORES, because this was around 3-4 ish in the morning. I got to the store, the door was open, then a dude sweeping the floor told me the store was not open, when the door was open, lights were on, no sign saying it was closed. The dude sweeping the floor saw me and said, quite rudely, that the store was closed, and it was dirty so he was sweeping the floor. I told him the door was open and on google showed the store was open also. I tried to show the dude my phone so he could see I was not just invading his place. He did not care, and was very rude telling me to leave. IF THIS STORE IS NOT 24HRS OPEN, DO NOT LIE. PUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION ONLINE.
