Store was dirty and restrooms “no working” the sign on the bathroom door clearly states that it is open until 7pm. If it wasn’t working make a sign for it. ? please get your employee that is always yelling first time I’ve encountered her she was screaming at someone in the parking lot. Second time she is screaming at a customer.

This is the worst 7-Eleven in Texas people rude to manager definitely ruled they talk about people the customers and another language accused people of stealing they're racist they yell at the customers argue with their customers roll their eyes overcharge their customs this store should be shut down very mismanaged they need a new leader better training in the staff need to be diverse the heavy set black lady that claims she's the store manager should never manage anything else she's very rude not to mention she can care less about the customers returning or being happy the black guy on the night shift has to be her son because their attitude is identical I'll stop by the othernight I was overlooked yelled at and told wait till I finish smoking I will try my best to make sure anyone I know don't visit this location. By the way I'm (Jarvis) not Jayda I used her email addres. It gets even worse I visited the store on yesterday to get a slurpee I'll pay with my card after looking at my transaction I noticed the new price for a slurpee was $7.05 so I took a trip up to the store today to talk to the unprofessional store manager she looks at the camera tells me no use choice $3 and some change so I proceed I goes to purchase another slurpee today wow the total is now $2.05 so now we got three prices it's getting confusing so after asking her about the three different prices I proceed to ask the disrespectful store manager about her district manager or owner information I was yelled at kicked out the store called the police on in the band from the property because I was concerned about my heart earn money something has got to change here I hate for anyone to get treated like I got treated I got robbed on my money and I also got banned from the neighborhood convenience store wow 7-Eleven just really hurts.

Really bad experience I came to pump some gas and my kid wanted to go to the restroom I went inside and the two ladies that work there were super super rude , how’s that possible that they don’t have restrooms available , so they don’t wash their hands after doing something? It’s stupid how they hire people like that and I’m sorry but every stablishm should have restroomsI think I might call the city because if they don’t have where to wash their hands that unsanitaryDon’t hire rude people like those ladies

December 30th 2023 12:15 a.m....The only 7-eleven that won't allow you to add money to your cashapp.... The employee was very rude told me know with his finger they don't add money after 10pm... I have been to several 7elevens to add money after midnight and I've never been turned away... NEVER..... Until I came to this one... Employee is rude and lazy.... If you don't want to take 2 seconds to add money then just say so don't sit there and lie about it

The ladies were polite and respectful.. They put on a sign on the restroom explaining that the restrooms are closed at 10pm. Both The Men and Woman's restroom were locked and saying that they were out of service. But there was no sign describing it was out of service.

November 11 about 1:30pm I was stopping here for a cup of coffee and there was a lady working mopping the floor then she threw me a bunch of napkins and asked me to clean up the table where the coffee is just like that without reason it looks like she speaks foreign language

Dont bother with this place. Save yourself the headacheMy advice just swipe your card at the pumpThe employees dont care about your needs, the (owner) will say they care about your experience but wont do anything to stop their employees from stealing customers hard earn reward points. I honestly hope they change the staff here but from the looks of it from all the reviews. Nothing will change sadly.....

Dont bother coming here if you want to use your points. The employees stay logged in and they STEAL our pointsOne lady yesterday had over 10,000The other person about the sameNot a single time they asked customers to put in there numberThey were both just laughing and all happy. Thieves! The lady under Jo Ella doesn't even communicate she always sounds drunk she slurs alot when she speaks.

Nice store ugly service pulled in with a friend and to pull out cash at atm and buy a drink and had not been there maybe 10min during which time I seen a lady come out and tell a lady she had to leave I didn’t think anything of it when I went in and got my drink after waiting the 1st 5min for my friend to come out the store from getting cash when I got in the lady started telling me we couldn’t set there it’s a gas station people we should not be harassed at a gas station for making a purchase and wanting to rest for five minutes I had to record my situation to make sure this issue gets taken care of properly this was my 1st and last time at this store and I will find someone to look over this issue if the store owner dos not deal with the poor service and issue that people are having with poor service and harassment if the homeless is that bad in the area call the police don’t blam your customer!!!!

I personally don't have a problem with this 7/11 except they never have soap in the men's bathroom which is gross because the bathroom it's self is very gross.

Never again the cashier had piercings on her nose was so rude. We came in me and my husband with backpacks. I went to the ATM and they were just staring at us like we were going to do something or steal something that was on professional exception never come here again.
