This is my fourth or fifth time experiencing the excellence of Ayric and his team at 1st Call. This situation had a real challenge because my Roadtrek was missing the two bottom plastic panels and they no longer make Roadtrek. They tracked down a company that had bought its molds and had to order, the two panels, running board, and battery tray. That was just the beginning because they had no model to copy from so took the time to take a field trip to see an older model Roadtrek to figure out where to get the hardware to install the panels and add the lock to the battery drawer. There was constant photos and communication with me about the ordering, the slow delivery from the company which confused the order so we had to wait another two weeks for an extra part they forgot from the list. They even added some support for the battery tray that had not been there before. I can’t say enough about this excellent company who cares more about your being satisfied than the bottom line. Don’t go anywhere else for bodywork!!

HUGE thank you to Aric and his team! They were extremely helpful in helping me get my trailer hitch fixed! I’ve done PDR stuff with them before and always leave happier and in better shape than when I walked in. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

I bought my dream car, 2024 Z06 and they recommended 1st Call for a pff treatment and ceramic coating. From the moment I met them they were as advertised, I could not begin to express how happy I am with their service. I HIGHLY recommend them for your auto's appearance needs!!!!!!

I came here for dents repair it was in an out within 30 min and Eric fix all my dents on my truck.

Highly recommend Ryan and his team. My black F150 got scratches down the side from backcountry branches. Normal buffing was not getting this out. Their SSR technique was both less invasive and less expensive than other options. I'm very happy with the results.

Aric and his team did an amazing job on a 2007 Honda Civic that needed some tough love. This place is a godsend. Our rental car had unexpected damage so I needed a quick and affordable fix. Aric was able to fit me in same day, charged a reasonable price, and meticulously fixed the dent on the car. No doubt, this shop deserves everyone of their 5 Star rating! Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I brought in my 2005 Tahoe with hood hail damage. When they gave me the estimate, I was one happy guy! We scheduled a date/time, and they were ready as agreed. In my case, the car was ready the same day!

Phenomenal job! George and Aric are truly amazing. My vehicle was damaged due to the negligence of an outraged driver. I thought I would never get my car repaired.They even went the extra mile and detailed my vehicle and repaired an interior rip on my armrest. I laughed at myself over the weekend because I didn't recognize my car in the parking lot while out with family. It looks great!

Outstanding service. George C was great the entire process from start to finish. Txt and email communication as well as progress on the repair of our car. Looked brand new when we picked it up.
