The worst play to buy a home all they do is lie! They will what every it take but do a damn they say! I have a new home that was wreck on the way to the dealship and still not fixed right! I going to file a lawsuit agaist them soon.

They'll help you just for the beginning when you're making the purchase, but after that it's like they don't even care no more. It takes so long to get something done or fixed.

We got approved at this location for 169,000. I was led on to believe that one of their homes on the lot was the one I was gonna get. Well after the approval, I found out that the home I was getting was a basic model with ZERO upgrades. And that alone was 150,000. Not including the land. They absolutely have no idea how to conduct business and and very unclear about prices and the process of home and land packages. They led us on to believe that they could keep us under 1100 a month. But in reality if we were to spend the whole 169,000 it was gonna 1600 a month for a mortgage! We went a different route. We just got approved by an actual lender and we have 1890000 to play with. The house we are buying is 1890000. Out monthly payment is 1414 a month. So just to give you an idea of how bad they wanna screw you on your money. Do not go through these people!!!!
