Went to the Rhome location on Thursday July 25th just before 5pm. The teller, I think her name was Lindsey, was so friendly, helpful and professional. The staff there was second to none and simply made my day. Just an overall great experience helping me get my paycheck cashed. I will certainly return for any banking business and I highly recommend this location,

This branch is taking on a lot with what seems like all the branches around closing. They need more staffing or they’re going to start burning out.

I hate coming to the Rhome Branch. Called 3 times and they transfer my call to a recording then they have horrible hours 9am to 5pm week and 8am to 12pm weekends. Arrived at 11:30am on a Saturday and had to wait 15min to get help and when I say I want to open an account Kelli Robinson says “Oh it’s almost closing time and I can’t you need to come earlier” I’m tired of this bank and the horrible customer service, I will for sure be moving my business elsewhere.

Don't even try to call this location. They forward your call to another machine. The people inside may be nice or good at their job, but they surely don't answer calls.

I love this bank! Every employee is always friendly and helpful. Even Before I opened an account there they were awesome every time I conducted business. Always a good experience working with them.

I absolutely can't stand coming here! I always went to the branch in Boyd and they knew me by name and were very friendly and the wait in the drive thru wasn't FOREVER!! EVERY TIME I come here IT TAKES FOREVER. I have never liked coming here. But it is what it is. Wish y'all could figure out how to get cars through a little faster. I understand every transaction is different and may take longer but literally every single time I go I have to wait for sometimes 20 mins. That's unacceptable sorry.

The teller, Lindsey, was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out very quickly. Everyone there was wearing a mask to be safe. Great experience.

Slowest Wells Fargo branch ever. Employees hold long conversations in between customers and could care less about holding up the drive thru line while the lobby is still closed (even though every other business is open). Very unhelpful people working here.

This place is a JOKE!! Horrible customer service ever. Employees would rather stand around and gossip with each other or be on their cell phones with personal calls or whatever than help or patient to the customer. Facility is always dirty and trashy inside and out. It is very apparent and obvious that no one cares about the customer nor the facility
