Awesome company! Very honest and reliable. I had a lift kit brought in with my arb bumper that wasn't compatible so they got me squared away and didn't try to upcharged me on anything. Very straightforward with what was going on with my truck.

Ok so where do I start .. I will try to make this as short as possible. My daughter texts me saying her low oil light came on while she was driving to work in her 2019 VW Jetta and is scared to drive it anymore. I am 50 miles away at work and told her to not drive it with the low oil light on . My wife texts me saying , hey I got off work early and I am going to take our daughter some lunch while she is at work and I ( my wife ) will check her oil and add some if need be. My wife gets there and FaceTimes me while she is adding the oil once she is done I asked her to check the level , she showed me the dip stick snd it was WAY over filled !! In a panic I told her to not drive the car and call a local shop for help . It was 5:30pm and by the grace of GOD , Tyson was still at work ( Texas born performance ) He pushed the car over to his shop and sucked out the overage amount of oil and checked to make sure all was ok with my daughters car . What a fine young man Tyson is and what a GREAT shop this is . My wife tried to pay them but they would not take a penny for all of their hard work and troubles . I am truly grateful to the team at Texas born performance ! I am in the car business myself and I know how hard this business can be at times . Thanks again guys for being kind and helpful and honest people.

I can not say enough good things about this company! Honest, timely, excellent work! We were here for FWSSR and our diesel gelled last night! They came to us and changed our filters, changed the oil and had us back on the road within an hour! Thank you soo much!

I paid about $1000 to have airlift 5000 airbags installed on my truck, of which $500 was for installation. This was last week. I added 40psi then drove 300 miles pulling my travel trailer. When I arrived I noticed my truck was squatting again so checked and had 0psi. By the looks of it they didn’t bother doing a soap test to check for leaks. I added 30 psi and sprayed the tee and one of the connections made was leaking. You would think that if they are charging so much for their work they’d make sure to verify it was done right. I considered having them install fox 2.0 shocks all around but after overlooking something as simple as a leak test I’ll just install it myself.

I had an issue with my truck. I brought it to Texas Born Performance. I thought It was going to be something major, something that was going to wipe out my savings. The mechanic found out that it was just a hose clamp. He slapped one on in under a minute and I was on my way. He could’ve padded my tab and I would’ve been none the wiser but he didn’t. It’s hard to find honesty nowadays. I will be taking my vehicles here from now on.
